Like it should be. The staff is friendly and they sell the oil my car likes. It’s a smaller store so I’m not sure if they have everything that’s the bigger ones do but the location is good

I’ve been in here twice recently, to get parts for random projects on my car. They had what I needed in stock, and equally important, the customer service is amazing. Each of the three employees I observed really put the customer’s needs first. They were empathetic to the customer’s problems, and also competent. I’m not sure if they’re the cheapest around, but I won’t hesitate to go back.

Ryan’s service is tremendous. Right when I walked in the door he greeted me even though he was taking care of a customer. When I made the purchase I made an error, when I returned it he was more then gracious to help me. Always coming back to o’reilys !

Waited in line to buy spark plugs. Two people ahead of me (one took a while). Finally I’m helped and he goes in back to get the plugs. Just when he’s zeroed in on the stock, the phone rings. He stops, comes up front and answers the phone. He proceeds to look up something on the computer and continues to talk with the person on the phone. I put my money away and head for the door. He says he’ll get back to me after this phone call. Really? I physically drove to the store, waited a while in line, and then someone who merely dialed from the comfort of home was given priority over me, making me wait until his business was done. He should have put them on hold. That’s not right.

I was blown away by the quality service I received here. The staff are incredibly helpful and straightforward. I recommend this auto parts store to all my friends and family. The staff was able to answer my questions, help with installation and treat me with respect. I’m definitely coming back!

The customer service here is top notch. My motorcycle battery was dying so I brought it in. They hooked it up and tested it while I waited. The machine said the battery was OK, but we heard a strange noise come from the battery and it was clearly bulging out after Jay inspected it more closely. He knew it wasn’t going to be safe to put back in my bike at that point (I would rather not sit directly over a bomb!) so he took care of me and gave me a new battery (since the machine had clearly damaged mine). No charge! It’s good to see a company and employees put service and safety first. I will always come here anytime I need auto parts!

Pretty bad customer service, all I wanted to do was drop off a battery and no one seemed to want to help me. So i just sat it on the counter and walked out.

I stopped in this O’Reilly to pick up one of those large bottles of Splash Ultimate window washer fluid for $ 3.99. It is a little more expensive than the other brands, but this one, I have found does the best job, when you have bird poop and dead bugs dried on your win-​shield to remove. I hate when that happens, but this product does a pretty good job, and if you have some good quality blades, it usually does the trick without needing to scrub it by hand.
The place was pretty well stocked and organized. I was in a hurry, and the register attendant was good and friendly enough. Oh yes, if you are ever in a jam, and your battery is on the funk, they will test your battery and let you know what gives.

Great customer service. I went to this location with broken battery connectors and the manager, Doyle, went above and beyond to help me. When what we thought would fix the problem did not work, Doyle came out and helped come up with a solution which involved about an hour or so of work. By no means did he have to come outside and take a look and help me, he could have just sold me the parts and that’s it. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I was just really amazed at his above and beyond customer service. He was a life saver that night. If it wasn’t for his help I would have had to take my car into a mechanic the next day and end up paying much more in time and money. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

I have had two experiences here, the first time I ordered a set of struts for a hatchback. When they arrived they weren’t even close to the right ones so I took them back. They looked them up on the computer and confirmed that they were the correct ones, I said no they were about half the size of the originals, not even close. He kind of agreed with me and just walked away. I approached the other employee and he just gave me a refund. I later realized they ordered the ones for under the hood… Second time I went in I needed 4 quarts of gear oil and they only had 3 on the shelf so they looked in the computer and told me there were 7 quarts. I searched again and they finally told me I could drive to a different store because they didn’t have a delivery truck anymore. I can only assume that this means Kragen is going out of business as soon as their inventory is gone…

I strolled in for a gallon of 5W/​30 motor oil.
The guy at the register (his name was covered by a sweater) told me that I’d save some money if I got 5 quarts as they had a sale going on — Buy 4, get 1 free.
Most places love charging you for the more expensive items, but I was pleased with this experience. The kid was very friendly and attentive.
