History

Established in 1999.

— In 1999 I started Lily’s Mobile Homes. The business focused in the purchase and removal or used mobile homes that were being replaced by new manufactured homes in mobile home communities. I exported the used mobile homes to Mexico to be sold there. I worked with several Dealerships in San Diego as their primary (sometimes exclusive) «pull out»” source.

The used homes were taken to a sales lot in Mexico, then transported and set up on client’s private property. This homes became wonderful living spaces for many people in Mexico.

In 2009, I obtained a salesperson license from The Department of Housing and Community Development. I went to work for a Mobile Home Dealership and was the top sales and listing agent there from 2009 to 2013.

Early in 2013, I decide to open my own Manufactured Home Dealership so I obtained a Dealer License from HCD.
