I live at anchor down mobile homes, and if I would have known what a horrible park this is I would have never bought into it. I go to there boards meetings once a month, they are the most childish, immature group of people I’ve ever seen. They pick and chose who they want to torment until they give up. They only make some people follow the rules, board members are apparently board members are exempt from rules. Some yards look horrible and others look great. I can’t wait till I can get out of here. I personally have not been one that has been targeted but sure don’t want to be either. By the way I have been in 5 other parks and not one of them have been run like this one
