I purchased a used sport coat at a goodwill store which had a missing button. I was referred to Lily, and she dropped what she was working on, found a button amidst hundreds in her spares box, and sewed it on. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, and she didn’t even charge me a cent. Talk about re-​defining customer service. Thanks again, Lily

I had a small repair needed on a velcro patch for a uniform. I thought I’d have to come back to pick up. She made the repair immediately (2 min) & didn’t even charge me! I gave her a $ 5 tip as I expected her to over charge me & make me wait. Def coming back.

Lily is the nicest, most helpful woman you could go to for alterations. She is honest, and she does a fantastic job!
I needed a dress hemmed, tightened on the waist, and I wanted two slips on each side. She accepted my dress with open arms. When she was finished my dress was perfect, fits like a glove, and she even returned it to me sooner then I had requested it. The work she did was flawless and I will wear the dress many more times.
I would highly recommend Lily, and I will continue to use her for all of my alteration and dry cleaning needs.

We used to go to different large dry cleaning shops where we had negative experiences and the prices were sky high. Thankfully I found Lily’s! She handles all our alteration needs and dry cleaning. The clothes come back clean and crisp every time. When she does alterations for various items they are returned as good as new. I highly recommend her for dry cleaning and alterations — she’s the best in La Mesa!
