Lastly, we assist clients with trust administration issues for both beneficiaries and trustees, in addition to beginning Probate proceedings and Conservatorship proceedings.

Real Estate Services

We assist clients in Landlord-​Tenant issues, whether it be unlawful detainer (eviction) proceedings, habitability concerns, document drafting and review, and negotiating lease terms.

We also offer real estate transfer services by creating necessary deeds and recording them with the appropriate County Recorder’s Office.
