This «hole-​in-​the-​wall» may surprise you. It has an in-​house post office (Yes– USPS !), yet there’s very little waiting. The prices are exactly the same as you would find in a «regular» post office, and they provide many of the same services, but the advantages of a small shop are obvious. Sandy waited on me, and was very kind and gave me great customer service. With all of the mailing options these days, I was unsure as to which was best to suit my needs (while minimizing my cost), and she gave me expert advise! I saved money, time, and had an excellent experience! I just love it when a small business provides great service!

I emailed my order to them and it was done in about 20 minutes. For the copies I had made the price was better than anywhere else I could find. Extremely friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend using them. I know I will in the future.

Used to come here all the time and never had any issues, but now, suddenly, they refuse to accept checks unless you are on «the manager’s pre-​approved list»…I’ve heard of businesses with lists of people who they WON’T accept checks from, but never the other way around. Seems like that is not legal unless they post a «no checks accepted» sign… anyway, they just lost a good customer today. I’ll never go back and will tell everyone I know to stop going there as well.

Heard good things about the business so I went to drop off a package that just needed tape on the pre-​paid return label. Waited in line (with quite a line behind me) for 15 minutes and during that time only 2 customers were assisted; only to be told that I had to drop off my package «on the other side of the wall». One person at the mailing/​packaging counter and two at the drop-​off counter — what’s wrong with this picture?
Please put some obvious signs up for the non-​locals to know which counter they should go to; otherwise have your one employee at the register ask who in line simply needs to drop off and point them to the other side. Although the staff were friendly enough, it is forgotten when the business is poorly managed.
Will try this place again as I prefer to support the local businesses but let’s hope they make a few small but necessary changes.

I was expecting a little more self-​service here but whatever I guess. I had some documents printed and I didn’t get to preview what was about to come out of the machine. Since home printers are a dime a dozen, they must understand that people come into the store for huge volume or extra special ink and paper. What I walked out with was something that I could have done at home.

I’ve had copies done here before and they always have great customer service but this time was a whole other level.
I was getting some scanned documents done and forgot my wallet and the guy said to just call my credit card in later that day. They scanned the documents to my email and just stuck and I owe you in their cash register. I was blown away at the level of kindness.
If you’re looking for great customer service this place is fabulous.

Love this place! I called this place after calling FedEx and office Depot (which both were not impressive, and pricey) copy-​it was quick and affordable. Both gals I spoke with were super helpful and knew what they were talking about. My invites turned out beautiful! Thank you copy –it for saving the day! I will be back!

I don’t often write reviews, but I have to let people know how amazing everyone here is. I’m in the middle of preparations for my grandfather’s funeral, I show up here with only a couple hours before the place closes, it’s a holiday, and everyone is rallying to help me get the program and photos in order for the service. I went to fedex first (there’s one down the street) and was told that they couldn’t help me in time for funeral. Here at Copy It, the prices are cheaper and the people are friendly and helpful and full of solutions. I don’t really know what I would have done without them today. Awesome guys, awesome service. They saved me today. My family will bring all of our printing, shipping, and office business here from now on. Thanks, guys.

Ever since I came across this printing shop, I have not gone back to the over-​advertised competitors, largely because of the quality of customer service I have experienced. Copy-​It is a small business, local to my neighborhood, offering all the necessities for quality printing and a variety of mailing options.
The employees at Copy-​It, are friendly, welcoming and invested in helping their customers receive the best of their professional services. Customer service makes a big impact on my choice to purchase or support an enterprise; With that being said, every experience I’ve had here, the employees have been happy to help me and do so in a way where you as the customer, feel valued! So, of course I come back, time and time again.

Location is close to my office and has an actual post office inside of it so it’s nice to not have to go to the actual post office. On the non post office products they seem pretty high priced but for a non business owner that just needs some occasional printing or faxing I guess it’s ok.

I called right when they opened hoping they were able to do my last minute print job for chocolate bars That were sprung up on me last minute. I walked in and a very nice gentle by the name of Greg helped me out. They were super slammed with a bunch of jobs that were going out that day and other employees were running around getting things done and they were still able to do what I asked. I will definitely be a returning customer. They even cut the image for me! Saved me 2 hours of work!

Great Service, Friendly knowledgeable staff! I do a lot of projects for my business here– from brochures, mailing, copying and more. I love that they are able to work with Publisher files and create my marketing products. Other places can not (or will not) accept certain file formats (like Publisher).
They can do large (blueprint) copies, folding (like tri-​fold brochures), padding (the glue part of receipt book), notary service, and SO much more. The other great advantage of this place is that they do USPS, UPS and FedEx there– and will tell you which is the best for your package. Full service, and Great People!

Quick and friendly service. When my at home printer wasn’t working, I called in to get a quote. Was able to email over my document as a pdf and get it printed on my own card stock. Was in and out in under 10 minutes! Will definitely go back if I need high quality printing.

Its the 14th of Feb
I went to their website (which i found them through Unilocal) I needed something done fast so I was like I’ll give them a go. Went to their self service upload a pic. It was around 11:30am so I thought they would need some time to print my little picture. fill up the form 15 minutes later I got a phone call saying my files were printed.
I was really surprised, drove to their office picked up my images and they got a satisfied customer.
for being a holiday and last minute I give these peps a 10 000 000 STAR if i could.
