Chris has done two photo shoots with us, and they were epic. I can be a bit hard to photograph because i’m so darn awkward in front of a camera, but Chris is a real pro at getting me to act natural and be in the moment. We will cherish these memories forever, and I feel so lucky to have this time in our lives captured so perfectly on film.

I am so grateful to Chris for the beautiful photos she took for us after the birth of our third baby. She came to our home and documented our life exactly as it was at that time… chaotic, fun, and perfect :) Thank you so much, Chris! We will treasure these photos forever!

We love Chris! We have had her photograph our family a few times and every single time we are blown away with the results. We are also photographers and taking photos of our boys is harder than you think. She is just down to Earth and the kids just love her. Her easy to talk to personality and fresh take on photography makes it super easy.

Chris took some anniversary photos for my husband and I, and she was truly amazing and easy to work with. Went above and beyond and gave us the quirky, beautiful, fun photos that we imagined in our favorite place (Palm Springs).

We hired Chris to take some family photos for my parents 30^th wedding anniversary back in June. We wanted to do the photos at Balboa Park where they were married 30 years prior and Chris went above and beyond in making this a fun and sweet photo experience. She made us laugh and reminisce and beautifully captured our crazy little family! I highly recommend Chris for any event or occasion you’re trying to photograph. She’s professional, prompt, and has a great eye for photography. We’ll definitely use her again!

Chris was amazing to work with from the very first time we met and it’s hard to describe how powerful the emotions are when we view our Wedding Pictures. We also hired Chris to photograph our Rehearsal Dinner with is one of our favorite decisions we made through the whole process. It was great to have additional pictures of our friends and family in more «normal» attire and a much more relaxed setting.
As a self-​described un-​photogenic bride, I was a little nervous about the whole photography thing. Chris exudes passion about her work and after our first meeting it was hard not to get excited about working with her. Any nerves I had about «modeling» quickly dissipated after our engagement photograph session. Chris made us feel natural and the photos turned out beautifully. We hadn’t thought we needed an engagement photo shoot, but I highly recommend one for a number of reasons: 1) Chris made it FUN, 2) Get to know Chris (and let her get to know you), and 3) We love having professional photos of us together — they sure beat iphone selfies!
One of the best decisions we made in the wedding planning process was to hire Chris to photograph our rehearsal dinner. She captured some lovely pictures of our wedding party and family in a more casual environment and she even pulled us away for a quick couple’s shoot just a few hours before we said «I do.» Some of our favorite pictures from the wedding weekend came from the rehearsal dinner.
THE DAY
Wedding day went seamlessly: we didn’t even see Chris running around our venue! She was probably a ninja in another life. Chris makes a point to stay the «whole day» which means she’s there from getting ready to departing limos, if you desire. Her fees are not hourly, it’s one flat fee for the whole day — no gimmicks! We also had her bring in a second shooter for a few hours, which was especially important for the ceremony. We didn’t feel that we spent the whole event posing for pictures, which is exactly the way you want it! Chris did pull us away for a few minutes at sunset so we could take a few private bride and groom photos, but the rest of the time we were able to enjoy celebrating with our family and friends.
THE PHOTOS
As much as you’d like to remember the day exactly as you experienced it, your photos are going to be how you remember your wedding day. (Chris shared this secret with us during our first meeting.) And it’s so true. When we first looked through the photos Chris shared with us, all of our wonderful memories of the day came back. We had maybe 800 photos (all of them «finished» with whatever photographer magic Chris does…) and together they told the story of our day. Chris did a great job capturing not just bride and groom, but family, friends, and lots of laughter. There were ample pictures of the venue and all the details we worked so hard to plan, but most of the pictures were telling the story of the day. She captured the emotion, happiness, and celebration.
Chris shares the photos with you online so you can download them all for no extra cost, and no watermark. You can do what you will with them, or you can order prints through her website. These are truly stunning prints and the quality is much better than CVS. We chose to download the pictures and create our own Shutterfly album, but I think Chris also offers a wedding album at an extra cost if you choose.
VALUE
Chris was one of the best values of our entire event. Photography isn’t something to skimp on, but we didn’t feel that we gave up anything with Chris. We got a package that worked with our budget and we got the most incredible photos to boot!

I wanted to update my review once I received all the pictures and prints. I like the pictures the more I look at them. She captured so much love at my wedding from candid shots of guests dancing to special moments between my husband and I. I ordered the pictures on a thumb drive and they came in the cutest little keepsake box and wooden thumbdrive holder. I loved it. It has been almost a year and people are still telling me how beautiful the wedding pictures are.

Chris is quite possibly one of the nicest people you will ever meet. With that being said she is also an amazing photographer.
Chris has put as at ease from the first moment we met her a year before the wedding all the way up until the final flash on our wedding night. In between, she was able to put together a beautiful portfolio visually representing the relationship I have with my wife. She met us in Pacific Beach to do our engagement shoot and while I believe my wife to be beautiful and very photogenic I can’t say I was giving her a whole to work with myself ;) however, she was able to take a diverse set of locations and viewpoints and put it together to tell an amazing story.
Our wedding, well we didn’t make it easy on Chris as we didn’t get her a «shot» list until the day of the wedding but being the consummate professional she not only didn’t let it faze her or get frustrated with us she also quickly and efficiently put together a game plan to get all integral parties together so we ensured that everyone was involved in the moments leading up to the wedding, the ceremony and the party afterwards.
I think someone else reviewing Chris asked the question «Are you supposed to become friends with your wedding photographer?» and while there was a time where I would have said there is no way, I can honestly say now that because of her friendly inviting way of doing business with her client and her sincere and thoughtful approach to our big day I would definitely say yes!
Chris, you are an amazing person and artist and we can’t wait to use you again to capture the future adventures life has in store for us!

I recently had boudoir photos taken by Chris. I’m not a completely confident person when it comes to my body but Chris’ enthusiasm and praise made me feel so comfortable! And I was floored when I got the photos — couldn’t believe that was actually me! She made me look gorgeous and sexy… but still like me! I highly recommend Chris!

I’ve been looking into personal boudoir photos for some time, but couldn’t find a photographer that I felt a connection with when I looked through their websites. I wanted something elegant and sensual while keeping me looking like myself. Chris expanded her services to include intimate portraiture and I couldn’t pass it up. She made me incredibly comfortable and gave excellent direction to make me look my best. It was a serious workout, but so worth it when I saw my photos. They are serious works of art-​no cheesy, soft porn pics here. She captured everything that made me look BEAUTIFUL. The photos were sexy and alluring without looking cheap and over-​processed.
I HIGHY recommend her if you’re looking to have photos done for yourself or your significant other. At the end of the day, you’ll gain self-​confidence and feel amazing about yourself-​and isn’t that what should come first?

From my initial phone call with Chris to set up a meeting, I was absolutely floored by how warm, welcoming and interested she appeared to be. My husband and I were just 5 weeks from our wedding date, and when we met with Chris to discuss what we were looking for, it felt like a perfect match. She came prepared professionally yet was incredibly down to earth. She was very easy to talk to and bounce ideas off of, and I like that she valued what we wanted in addition to sharing her professional insight.
Our wedding photos came out better than I could have imagined. They are stunning and gorgeous, yet feel very genuine. All of our family and friends were beyond impressed with her personality and work. By the end of our wedding day, it felt like we had a friend hanging out with us who happened to have a camera with her. She was respectful of ensuring we received some of the traditional shots of our family and bridal party, but also was creative and entertained the fun we wanted to capture. She was a huge part of our day, by sharing her gift with us and our loved ones and creating concrete images of the most beautiful day of our lives.
Professionalism and personality are so vital in finding people to surround yourself with on these milestones, and Chris Wojdak is the epitome of those qualities. I would absolutely, 100% recommend her and look forward to working with her in the future.

I have been meaning to write a review for sometime to rave about Chris. We had a family photo shoot with a two month old and a twenty month year old. My almost two year old is a bit shy but she opened up immediately to Chris because of Chris’ warm personality. The pictures she captured of her are by far my favorites. Chris was even able to catch a few shots of my two month old awake and smiling. She made our first family photo shoot amazing with the prints to prove it.
Working with Chris was so easy, she helped before the shoot with picking a llocation that fit our taste and helped me with the clothes to wear to make everything work well together. She was so accommodating when I needed a sudden change in timing due to the baby but she made it work.
We recommend her to everyone of our friends who is looking for a photographer and cannot wait to work with her again.

Last year, my family had a photo session with her on the beach. We had so much fun. and the pictures came out lovely. especially those of my 2 year old daughter. Everyone loved them! Last month, I had my maternity shoot with Chris. She made a piece of art out of a building with gray walls! She truly has an eye for beauty. My daughter was with us running around. and she still managed to do her work at its best! More recently, Chris came to our home for our son’s newborn photo shoot. She was so sweet posing him. And my baby looked adorable in the pictures.

I’ve never been a big picture person. I don’t typically look back at things, but there are some events that are just too important to ignore. So when it came to our wedding, I knew that we needed a photographer.
Now I’m not very comfortable in front of a camera, and it takes a lot to get me to smile and not act like an idiot. Chris was AMAZING at bringing me out of my shell. All of the staged pictures felt completely natural and were done quickly and painlessly. My wife and her parents had a list of shots they wanted, and Chris didn’t miss a single one.
During the ceremony and throughout the evening, Chris was taking pictures and I hardly even noticed. Even when getting people together for more casual pictures during the reception, it was never invasive. Her personality just shines when dealing with people.
Oh yeah… The pictures! They came out fantastic. She really has an eye that can be both artistic and professional. The ceremony was at sunset and was beautifully shot, and the reception was outdoors and in low light and everything came out great. Chris shot in so many different conditions successfully, I wouldn’t think twice about having her around again.
Chris is one of the most fantastic people I’ve ever met. She was the perfect choice for us and for our wedding!

we just our family photo shoot with Chris, she was sensational! From the moment she greeted us she was warm, friendly and very professional. We have 3 children under 3 and she made them all feel special, they warmed up to her immediatly and that made for a successful photo shoot. We have used several other photographers in the past and our time with Chris was so much better than anything we had experienced previously.
