The Shot Bar

Went there last week on a whim because I’ve been reading up on what to do if your vegan and have a trace mineral deficiency. The women who greeted me where incredibly nice and welcoming, the atmosphere was pristine and beautiful, and the whole procedure took less than 5 minutes! I can’t wait to go back and get another shot. My advice to anyone who gets it is to relax because I accidentally flinched before she injected from thinking about getting injected and the tightness of my muscle made the top of my butt hurt and couldn’t walk right for about 10 LOL. Anyways it’s a great place and make sure to go during happy hour!

I work across the street and walk by this shop every week when I go to get a sandwich. Lucky for me they happened to be open today! I’ve never gotten a B-​12 shot before so I walked in and asked Janice what this was all about. She explained the value of taking a B-​12 shot and all of the natural remedies.
