Ability Rehab is a private clinic in the La Jolla Village that provides highly specialized rehab for individuals with neurological, orthopedic, and balance deficits.
Our Sports Program offers training for all sports, especially runners and triathlons. Receive one on one training with a certified USA coach and licensed Orthopedic Therapist to improve overall performance for beginners to advanced athletes.
Our Neurologic program is one of the very few private clinics offered in San Diego, treating patients with neurological and balance conditions such as Stroke & Brain Injury, Multiple Sclerosis, Balance & Fall Prevention, and Parkinson’s Disease. Our therapists are highly specialized in Neurologic therapy.
At Ability Rehabilitation Specialists, we have created a unique Pilates-based rehabilitation approach to address musculoskeletal and neurological imbalances. Pilates is a method of exercise and movement designed to stretch, strengthen and balance your whole body. With a systematic approach to breathing and retraining of core muscle activation, Pilates has proven itself invaluable not only as a fitness method, but as an integral tool in all realms of physical rehabilitation.
We provide a safe environment for women, men, and children with urinary, gynecological, and other related health issues. Pediatric pelvic floor physical therapy treatment is performed at an age appropriate level to encourage independence and control of bladder and bowel function.
