La Jolla Reiki & Holistic Wellness

I had such a great experience with Kamelia at La Jolla Reiki and Holistic Wellness. She was so knowledgable about Reiki and made me feel very comfortable. I was experiencing a lot of stress from starting a business, planning a wedding, and finding a place to live. I wanted to better be able to handle everything without feeling overwhelmed. After 1 session with Kamelia I felt so much more at ease. It was as if I was better able to handle what life threw at me. I am so excited to have found Kamelia and look forward to future sessions!

To be honest I didn’t know what to except getting a Reiki session, but after going to Kamelia I Loved it! I have a stressful job and needed to let go of stress and feel relaxed. As soon as I met Kamelia I felt a sense of relaxation. She really listened to what my intentions for the session were and afterward I felt so much better. She made me feel comfortable and calm. Reiki truly is wonderful. I had more energy that day an slept like a baby that night. I highly recommend seeing Kamelia today for Reiki. I will be coming back for many more sessions!:)

I had heard of Reiki, I knew people that were certified in Reiki, yet I really didn’t know much about Reiki. I have been struggling with infertility and decided to give Reiki a try after doing some research on it. I chose Kamelia because she has a scientific background as a nurse, in addition to her Reiki practice. I’m very practical and liked her practical side mixed with her holistic, spiritual side. I had no expectations going into it and was surprised what I got out of it. In the first 2 minutes of her working on me, I actually started to cry. I can’t explain how Reiki works but it definitely unlocked something in me and started to heal me in ways I didn’t know I even needed. I left my session with Kamelia feeling completely relaxed. I will definitely go back to her as I go through my next IVF cycle because anything that reduces stress and relaxes me like that can only be good! I did accupuncture for my first IVF cycle, but now that I know the benefits of Reiki I will do that instead!

I would highly recommend La Jolla Reiki. Kamelia is very passionate at what she does and she is very detail orientated. Her energy work can help create deep relaxation and aids the body to release stress and tension. This accelerates the body’s self-​healing abilities and helps you better sleep.
