I truly believe that massage therapy (and bodywork) is some of the best self care out there! I also believe that receiving this work is not just a luxury but a necessity in a balanced and busy life.

Business Owner

I’ve been a massage therapist for 19 years now and an energy healer for the past 16 years. I bring my gift and training in intuitive arts to every session as well, so I like to consider myself in the category of intuitive massage therapist.

I am passionate about helping my clients find body, mind, spirit healing and wonderful rejuvenation with my bodywork skills. I just love it. I hope I can help you!

I’m known for my ability to get in there with deep tissue Swedish massage and detailed work on the muscles. Even though I’m pretty tuned into the energy aspect of bodywork, I’m not afraid to go deep :)

And of course, if you prefer a medium to light pressure I can make sure and adjust my pressure to a lighter touch that works just right for you.
