Dr. Kolstad and Patient Care Coordinator Jaina are the best at customer service. I walked in for my appointment and Jaina immediately greeted me with a smile and made me feel at home with her pleasant personality, she is the best. Once I saw Dr. Kolstad he was very professional and polite and he made the entire appointment about me and about what I wanted. I explained that I wanted to add volume to my upper lip and I showed him some celebrities photos (Megan Fox /​Priyanka Chopra) to show how I would like my lips to look like. Dr. Kolstad took his time to listen to me and really made me feel like what I said did matter. But the best part of this whole experience was the results! I’m a perfectionist and to say that Dr. Kolstad got the results I wanted on the first visit, I was amazed and couldn’t have asked for more, my lips have volume and yet look soo natural. I am so impressed with his work that I’m soo HAPPY I went to him for my lip augmentation. The best doctor in town. Dr. Kolstad does an excellent job and his work is truly PERFECTION!

Amazing job on my rhinoplasty! I couldn’t have asked for a better result. I had a lot of questions and concerns (aesthetic, risks, recovery etc…). Dr Kolstad addressed them all and encouraged me to reach out at anytime if I had anymore concerns. He made me feel very comfortable and earned my trust with a procedure that can ultimately change the way you look (for the better or worse!)
I was very impressed with the outcome. He knew exactly what to do to ensure that my requests were addressed and that the procedure would enhance my other features. I still get compliments to this day from family and friends. It has definitely improved my look.

I went in for a consultation with Dr.
Kolstad. I told him my area of concern (lines around my mouth). We decided on Juvederm. Dr. Kolstad injected half a vial of Juvederm. The next day I could see a real difference, but not in a way that anyone asked me if I’d «had something done». On my 2 week follow up I had Dr. Kolstad inject the other half of my Juvederm into augmenting my lips. To say that I am pleased and thrilled would be an UNDERSTATEMENT!!!

I had a septo-​rhinoplasty as well as other procedures done with Dr. Kolstad 3 weeks ago. After a year-​long research and consultations with many surgeons, I was unsure who to go with (I liked a few doctors), so I scheduled one more consultation — with Dr. Kolstad. That was the end of my search, I knew immediately I would select him for my surgery.
Besides the fact that Dr. Kolstad is a facial plastic surgeon with an ENT background, I really liked the way he carefully listened to my concerns, took his time to explain and answer all my questions. I felt very well attended to, from my very first visit; I felt that I was being heard and my time and wishes respected. Dr. Kolstad told me what he recommended to be done after I described my problematic areas, he described exactly what would be achieved by the surgery. What he promised, I felt very confident he would deliver. At the same time, I didn’t feel like he was trying to get me have more done than was necessary. The projected results seemed realistic and were what I wanted at the same time. The final results are actually better than the projection.
Throughout the whole process, I never had any doubt that I was in expert hands, my surgery and recovery went well, with Dr. Kolstad and Jaina frequently and promptly communicating with me. So far I have had three post-​op appointments since the surgery, with the next one in 3 weeks. I am very happy with the results; the improvements to my face are very natural looking.
Dr. Kolstad’s and his assistant Jaina’s have an extremely personalized approach to patients, Although I am sure they have many patients, I never felt rushed and no matter how many questions or concerns I had, I never felt that Dr. Kolstad or Jaina were bothered, my emails were answered promptly and I was always encouraged to address any issues I might have. I would absolutely recommend scheduling a consultation with Dr. Kolstad!

Dr. Kolstad and his staff are top notch! I found Dr. Kolstad after my 2 year old nephew broke my nose. I had a terrible nose resetting experience at Scripps Hospital and a close friend, who is an Ear, Nose Throat (ENT) doctor recommended that I see Dr. Kolstad to make sure my nose was straight. Dr. Kolstad was phenomenal! He sat with me for a while, addressing my concerns. He said my nose was straight, despite the bad experience. He did not even charge me for the consultation! He is an extremely kind and conscientious man and it is clear he knows exactly what he is doing! I am so glad I went to him! Even though he did not have to fix my nose, he designs and sells the most AMAZING skin care products! I feel like I found the fountain of youth! I am seroiusly hooked and my skin has NEVER looked better, and I have tried tons of very expensive, fancy products. His products are also extremely reasonably priced. Now people always ask me about my skin and all of my close friends are now hooked on these products too! They call the office and have them shipped out of state!
The staff that works in the office is phenomenal! Jaina is always on top of everything and is very knowledgeable about all of the products. Like I mentioned above, she even ships the products to my BFFs in 2 different states! She is a complete sweetheart too. She always follows up with me, and goes out of her way to take great care of me!
I started getting peels here from the lovely Janee about one year ago, just before. I just LOVE what she is able to do with my skin. She is so great at what she does, and I plan to work with her from here on out! Not to mention that she is warm, kind, and makes me feels like a queen!
I trust Dr. Kolstad and his team completely! I would trust them with my friends and family too! I will continue to come here because they are so good at making my skin and face look great and because they are such a great team! I never thought breaking my nose would make me feel so lucky! HA!

I have been seeing Dr Kolstad for over two years now. He treats me for my migraines, need I say chronic migraines, with the administration of Botox. He has worked very closely with me in finding out exactly how many injections I need, and what injection sites work the best for me. Very attentive to your concerns and needs. Jaina is amazing at always being able to accommodate my schedule. I just can’t say enough about either one of them. Top notch medical care at its finest!

I was referred to Dr. Kolsdad by a friend of mine. So I called for a consultation for a rhinoplasty review. When I finally arrived at the office, I was welcomed by the office receptionist, I was told to fill out papers. As I was just getting into filling the papers out I was constantly push to get them done… she kept saying are you done? How about now? Are you finished now? Every couple seconds. I felt rushed and uncomfortable. That honestly bothered me. Dr. didn’t really do anything with the after results just a lil tweak. I was expecting more but didn’t get anything I thought I would. I guess not. Well now I know. I will be searching for more doctors who specialize more in the face. But I’ll definitely won’t be coming back here to get my nose done. I wasn’t happy at all.

Booked in appointment with Dr. Kolstad after a surfing injury and he was fantastic! They did all they could to see me quickly and provided me honest, quality advice as to what needs to be done to limit scarring. He was always prompt for our appointments and wasn’t trying to charge you a lot of money for something you don’t need. Thanks for everything!!!

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experiences with Dr. Kolstad and his staff. I’m super picky about my doctors and he is simply the best at what he does. You can tell that they actually care about you as a person, and are never treated like just a patient. Dr. Kolstad and Jaina take the time to make sure all my questions are answered and always make me feel comfortable and confident. I love going to the office! Also his skincare line is amazing I have super sensitive skin and it’s what I swear by.

There is nothing negative to say about Dr. Kolstad and his staff (Jaina in particular). He truly is an artist with his work! He took the time to make sure I was truly satisfied with the results no matter how stubborn I was! I did major research before coming here and went to several other doctors for consults but felt right about Dr. Kolstad right away. Also, Jaina is amazing! For some reason I was always late to my appointments (bad I know) but Jaina was always so kind and understanding! I cannot wait to go back for more touch ups! Definitely recommend =)

Dr. Kolstad and his staff are amazing!!! I came to his office to freshen up my skin for my upcoming wedding, and it looks better than it ever has. I am so happy with the results and feel like my skin «glows» now. The entire office is kind, extremely helpful, and very knowledgeable. They make you feel super comfortable as well. Dr. Kolstad answers all my questions thoroughly and honestly. He’s the best, and I wouldn’t trust my face to anyone else.

Dr Kolstad is not your typical cosmetic surgeon. He is caring, discerning and an artist with his work. I always felt that he had all the time I need for questions and I can tell he genuinely cares about his work, his patients and his staff! He doesn’t try to sell you on unnecessary procedures and goes with the least amount of invasive procedures first! He maintains a small and intimate office and really is about creating relationships with his patients! I would absolutely recommend him for any and all facial procedures! His staff always greets me with a warm welcome and I couldn’t ask for a better place to go for my facial procedures !

Simply the best! Dr. Kolstad works to help make you the best version you can be! He doesn’t waste your time or money. He is honest and explains all options thoroughly. His bedside manner is bar none. Such a perfectionist and so honest! I put off fixing my «insecurities» for a long time because it’s so easy for something to go wrong. After a extremely convincing referal I finally made the appointment. He’s very honest and actually mentioned that I needed nothing done. Different from some doctors who will find any reason to have you sign at the dotted line. I expressed my concerns, he understood, and very conservatively he did it that day. I later came back for another procedure that I was not put under for because it was very minor but dr kolstad made me feel like it was so easy and so simple, and it was! He’s the nicest guy. Bedside manor is flawless and is an expert at his craft. He is a model surgeon.

Omg I seriously think that Doctor kolstad is the best. I been to a few doctor and all they want is money they don’t care how u look but not here if he knows u look good he’s happy but won’t take ur money if he doesn’t think it will look good on you I love he’s honesty and Jenna Jinnah she’s just great and loves to answer my questions (:

This was my first experience with facial fillers and I must say it was outstanding! Dr. Kolstad spent time explaining the procedure (I did tear trough Restylane injections) and continuously asked if I had questions. He was honest and wasn’t trying to have me do any unnecessary procedures. I asked about needing a chemical peel and he said it wasn’t needed. While doing my procedure Dr. Kolstad was gentle and talked me through every step. I didn’t need as much as originally planned for, so that was great too (and saved me $$). I purchased the skin care he recommended for evening out my skin tone and his nurse explained all the steps to using each product and their benefits. She wrote down the regimen for me to remember & told me I could call or email any questions that I may have in the future. A+ care from both of them! If you are looking for a wonderful DOCTOR to do your facial fillers this is the place! I can see the immediate difference and have experienced very little pain, bruising or swelling! Thank you Dr. Kolstad for such great care!

Dr. Kolstad is as good as it gets. I was so scared moving to a new city and tried a few different doctors with poor results. Finding his office was a dream come true. He is a true pro, and cares about his work. Stop your searching and just make an appointment. I rarely write reviews, but this one was a must. Dr. Kolstad knows what he is doing, and you will not be disappointed. I will be going back again and again.

I am in love with my fresh baby face and skin after coming to Dr. Kolstads! I come to him regularly for my skincare regiments and have recommended him to anyone who notices the difference in my skin and face. My family has come here as well and they are not local! Dr. Kolstad is very thorough, patient, understanding and meticulous from start to finish and made me feel extremely comfortable! He is a facial specialist and only focuses on that which makes him unique and stand out from other cosmetic surgeons; it was the deciding factor after my consult. I’m actually in disbelief with how different Isela M’s experience was from my own. With that being said, I’d like to make the time to write this review and share my real experience and embarrassing before photos and my happily ever after photos with the help of Dr. Kolstad and staff.
It has been about a year and a half since I first went to Dr. Kolstad’s office. I never had acne as a teenager, however as an adult I became quite the pepperoni face. Cystic acne, black heads and what made it worse, I was a «picker». Not only did I have acne I also had scars as well.
I went into my consult with the intentions to get some sort of laser facial. I thought, «Just zap my face!» Like Rene from the show «mob wives». (please You tube if you’ve never seen, it was like magic! Wrinkles and sun spots to smooth as a babies butt!) I too wanted this instant gratification! I think very easily Dr. Kolstad’s could of sold me on this procedure. After all, I did my research, he offers the procedure and I was desperate for a quick fix solution.
However, in my consult Dr. Kolstad’s educated me on how I can achieve my «smooth as babies butt“face. I’d say I truly felt I reached my babies butt face 3 – 4 months in. It’s not like the movies, or Hollywood. There is no instant fix but there is a real knowledgable doctor. He returns phone calls, patiently reassures you’re doing your regimen correctly (regardless to how gross the Retin-​A purge was and how I webMD myself into a hypochondriac)
I’m honestly embarrassed to post my before photos but I feel it’s the best way to show the difference.
Also, not that I recommend doing this but this summer was so difficult for me to keep my appointments. The front desk girls are amazing! I absolutely adore Jaina! As annoying as I was with changing and rescheduling they were always so helpful and accommodated my schedule.
