Office and building hallway smell. Tried to sell me a bone graft ($ 1000) when I got my wisdom teeth pulled, which is only for dental implants. My current dentist told me to keep my wisdom teeth as they grew in fine. They billed me for a ‘full mouth debridement’ which meant I was ineligible for the second yearly cleaning. Luckily my current dentist waived the fee for the that cleaning. It’s all about the billing at this office, not about you and your needs.

My 2 star review is based on multiple things. I chose this dentist office based on proximity to our home. Mind you I haven’t been to the dentist in awhile so I needed a lot of work deep cleaning a couple of cavities fixed and I also wanted to get a root canal looked at that I had done two years prior that wasn’t quite right. During my first exam the dentist proceeded to say that my teeth were ill formed with lots of grooves (which is genetic and not something i can control) and said i gad lots of staining. I told her I actually do floss and I use a sonicare toothbrush. Im doing the best I can. She also used a lot of technical jargon without explaining anything in layman’s terms which made it difficult for me to understand what was going on. She didnt even address my cobcerns about my faulty crown. They decided to give me a deep cleaning at the same time as my fills which meant that my mouth was so numb I couldn’t tell if the fillings have been done correctly or if my bite felt good or not. The injections they gave me for the numbing were so painful I started crying and the doctor started laughing at me. I was so upset. They also kept trying to sell me a $ 400 night guard and never truly addressed the issues that I intended to get fixed. needless to say I will not be going back and I hope that this dentist’s office can get a little bit better bedside manner and stop trying to sell random products rather than fixing the issues that their clients are suffering from. I also don’t recommend laughing at your clients when you are putting them in pain. This was probably the worst dental experience ever. the only reason why I’m giving it two stars instead of one is because the front desk people were very nice and helpful and the office is clean and seems to be professional in other regards.

Turning medicare age, I took a chance to change my dentist from the one I have had for years. Boy, was I surprised. Beautiful office, staff, dental assistants, financial lady (Mitra who went over my coverage and payments, etc.), and a great dentist, Dr. Boen who has done some repair and 2 crowns. She «color matched» my crowns perfectly. They have high tech cameras to take detailed pictures of individual teeth and x-​rays that all show up on computer screens clearly showing any decay and where teeth might need repair. When I requested if I could take one of the photos or x-​ray enlargements with me, they said, «of course» — and printed it for me to take with me. Over my many years I have had lots of work since I have had bad «dental genes». For example I currently have 7 implants and lots of root canals and crowns with my teeth. This office even has a machine that MAKES the crown while you wait (it costs additional — but may be worth it not to wait to have impressions sent out to someone else). Their prices are very fair and I have been impressed so far with their professionalism, time, and thorough detail in everything they do. They email and will call a day before (if you want a phone reminder) for your appointment. When I baked them some cookies recently, I even received a nice thank you note in the mail within a few days signed by them all. In my short experience with this dental facility, I would recommend them highly! I do still need an implant and Dr. Boen does that as well, so I plan on having her take care of that for me very soon. My last dentist «sent» me out to an oral surgeon for implants. Teeth are very important to me and I would NEVER let a bad dentist work on my teeth.
