With many health and wellness options today for clients to choose from, we wanted to get back to the basics. Functional training movements is the foundation for regular peoples daily lives.
So we have launched a mobile component where we come to your home, office or site convenient for our many clients.
We know that everyone wants the luxury of daily in home training, on a schedule that is easy with busy family, friends and work lives.
We want to save you membership fees, parking stresses, travel time and traffic issues. Our idea is to get the distractions and intimidation of working out with others around and transforming the clients space into a state of the art exercise studio. We bring the equipment to you.

About Me: From the time I was six years old, I have been an athlete. Before entering high school, I decided to focus on soccer for 8 years, 2 years of baseball, and tennis. During that time, I found ways to get stronger, while safely preventing injuries and preserving my energy levels.
When I got to college, my hobby of waterskiing, wake-boarding, jump and trick skiing turned into a collegiate level where strength, endurance, agility, and flexibility was the winning edge. My coach introduced me to Olympic lifts and Plyometrics. He used some of its most notorious workouts for practices. I hated them, at the time, because I felt that they added an overabundance of intensity to our already demanding sport. However, when my career as a skier ended with a knee and ankle surgery and the rehabilitation, I knew that I wanted to do something that would help me and others live a life style of health and fitness.
