Our nutritional counseling services work with guided meal plans, healthy recipes and healthy detox plans all tailored around your personal body composition.

Finally, we offer expert counseling on how to use healthy, organic supplements, of which our very own Jay’s Tea is the most famous. Jay’s Tea is a combination of 8 very powerful tea ingredients that synergistically combine to create an extremely potent and great tasting antioxidant Tea Blend.

History

Established in 2011.

Jay and May Complete Health was founded as a partnership between Jay Hoehn and May Quijano. Jay has been a cancer survivor since his early 20s, and as a result has spent over 20 years sedulously researching health and fitness, and developing a fitness plan to help individuals be as healthy as they can be. May’s prior career in the pharmaceutical industry opened her eyes to the opposite side of holistic, natural health, and upon leaving that world she found an interest in nutraceuticals. She owned her own business delivering organic, fresh food to clients, and through her own research has developed countless tools, techniques, and recipes to integrate whole, organic foods into a well-​rounded and individualized eating plan.

With their shared expertise in fitness and nutrition, Jay and May decided to start a company that would help clients remove harmful habits from their lifestyle, and move forward with the best possible diet and fitness habits they ever had.

Business Owner

Jay has over 20 years of personal training experience in La Jolla, CA. Specializing in functional training, he works with clients to facilitate greater strength and range of motion along with endurance. In his circuit-​training format, he incorporates weights, cardio, yoga, boxing/​kick boxing, calisthenics and plyometrics. He customizes tailored workouts for his client’s individual wants, needs and fitness goals. Jay specializes in training males and females at the full-​range of fitness levels, and has worked with professional athletes (UFC fighters, NFL players, pro surfers and triathletes), and with amateur athletes committed to various sports endeavors. Not just focusing on athletes, he also helps doctors, executives in the business world, as well as stay-​at-​home moms achieve their health and fitness goals, proving this program can work for everybody. In 2001 and 2006, he was voted trainer of the year in the La Jolla Light.
