Endless Technology Solutions was created in order to make working easier for small and medium sized businesses. Information Technology (IT) and Web Services is a rapidly changing industry, and difficult for many businesses keep track of. Endless Technology Solutions stays on the edge of rapidly changing technology to provide our clients with ground-​breaking service. Business Owner

Erik Nunn began working with computers at the age of 14 originally as a hobby. Soon after he began working at the Geek Squad and other computer repair /​IT businesses.

In 2006 Erik attended SDSU for Computer Science, while there he began his own venture providing computer services for local small businesses and friends around the area.

In 2010 Erik Nunn noticed that business owners needed to look in multiple places in order to achieve the technology goals that a company desired to succeed in the 21st Century. He then created Endless Technology Solutions in order to have one place where business owners could rely on a trustworthy source to cover any technology needs an industry might require.

Erik Nunn takes pride in the work that he does and strives to expand his influence over San Diego to help as many businesses as his business can.

Erik is seriously the best guy. Super nice, very accommodating, and it really feels like he cares about the customer’s experience. I have nothing but positive things so say about Erik and his computer services. There were a few hiccups but Erik made sure to contact me as soon as possible whenever something happened. I was never in the dark about anything.
Erik is very efficient with his time and the cost for repair is VERY affordable. Unlike other places I’ve been to.

I found Erik and Endless Technology Solutions on Craigslist and I’m really happy with how it’s turned out. He is timely and efficient and he was able to get my predictive dialer up for me and worked with another company to assist in getting one of my servers back up on line.
Erik also setup a network and got my new company running smoothly with a new wireless printer. Erik is a good guy and he’s been really good about finding time for my IT needs and has even been available on Saturdays.
All in all, I will continue to work with Endless Technology Solutions because I feel like I can trust Erik with my small business IT needs and I get great customer service.

From the start, I told Erik that I was on a time constraint and I needed my computer fixed in one week. He assured me that it wouldn’t be an issue because the parts he was replacing don’t take long to install. After I dropped my computer off, he said he would call me in 1 – 2 hours. I never heard from him so I called him the next morning to see what was going on, where he then said he would call me within the hour to let me know. Once again he never called, so I called him first thing Monday morning. By this time, four days had gone by with nothing being done, and he hadn’t called me once. This ended up forcing me to pay for expedited shipping for the parts.
When my computer was supposedly finally ready to be picked up (He assured me it would be done in the morning, 12 days later), he never contacted me. So again I called him to make sure it would still be ready that day; I was able to pick it up that afternoon.
After everything was said and done, I went home and noticed that my keyboard was not put back on properly– it is loose and the corners aren’t pushed down all the way. Worse, there are numerous scrapes and dents on my outer keyboard where someone was obviously not being gentle when removing the keyboard.
Price: $ 90 flat rate for labor
Erik, I apologize for having to write your first bad review. If you want to create a good reputation for your business, don’t make promises you can’t keep. If you told a customer you would call them, don’t blow them off… repeatedly. Lastly, be gentle with other people’s belongings.

Erik helped me fix my computer. He is really friendly and efficient. My laptop is more than two years old and it had whole lot of issues — it was painfully slow, the touchscreen feature wasn’t working, battery problem and more. He fixed it all in less than a day and it feels like I’m using a brand new laptop.
His office is located very close to the UCSD housing, which makes it more convenient for students around. I highly recommend Erik for all computer fixes!

Erik and his team are amazing. We have been working with him for several years now and he has always tried to address our issues as quickly as they come. His track record is also excellent, having been able to resolve 99.9% of the problems we throw his way. And we have thrown a lot of random problems in front of him. He is super reasonable with his pricing and probably better priced than 80−90% of the tech professionals and companies out there. Other qualities about him that we really value. First, he is honest. I know that should be a given, but you’d be surprised how many companies and people are not. And when I say honest, I mean it in every way. Definitely in the basic sense that he is absolutely trustworthy, but he is also honest if and when he makes a mistake. He admits the mistake and then fixes his mistake. Or when he cannot fix something (let’s you know instead of wasting a ton of your money trying to fix something he cannot fix). Second, Erik is very forward thinking. He helped us better systemize our IT setup and continues to offer valuable suggestions and guidance for improving our technology.

I first met Erik Nunn in 2011. He rid my computer of a virus and set up my entire home network. To save time, he worked on the many items on my list while the software was busy detecting the virus.
Two years later, I was delighted to discover that Erik was still in San Diego and still available to work his magic. This time, he installed a new router, ensured that my printer communicated with my computer, fixed my computer problems, set the computer to backup automatically onto an external hard drive, stored my files in Dropbox and synchronized my cell phone, netbook and laptop.
Erik’s hourly rates are very competitive and he gets a lot done in a short amount of time. In addition, Erik is responsive to telephone calls. After he left, I discovered another problem, called, and that same day Erik was able to fix the problem through remote access. Thank you, Erik.
