Great service and delicious ice cream. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach.

Baskin Robbins, you can’t really go wrong. O.k. I didn’t plan on stopping by today buy I actually got lost and ended up here. So there’s really no reason to get upset so I went ahead and took advantage of the special — buy two scoops and get a waffle cone. One can say that I am a sucker for waffle cone. The server was very friendly and she helped me as soon as I entered the store. She mentioned that I should try the flavor of the month which happens to be «Mom’s Makin Cookies». It was pretty good. I also chose the caramel ice cream for my second scoop… all was well.

I called 2 minutes before they closed and said I was 4 minutes away. The manager said he wouldn’t stay open for me. What a let down!

Huge selection, there was three icecream bars with at least 10 choices in each. There was no wait and the servers were happy to greet us right as we walked in. Good customer service. What more can a gal ask for.

I have been eating Baskin Robins since I was 6yrs old. I’m now 44yrs old so it’s been a long long time! My favorite is Pistachio Almond, and my second favorite is Rocky Road! This location in La Jolla is nicely tucked away which is great bc I don’t want to over do it. We’ve order cakes and they’ve done an awesome job! Everyone here has been super nice!

3 scoops in a cup for under $ 7! At our local boutique ice cream parlor, a single scoop costs $ 3.50 plus tax! 3 scoops of gelato at Pappalecco, half the size of these cost $ 7++! If the kids can’t tell the difference?! Enough said! Love 31 flavors!!!

I wanted an ice cream cake for my boyfriend’s birthday and while they are supposed to have 24 hours to prepare a special order, they made it happen later that day and it was a delicious cake. There were lovely cakes in the store– an amazing Spider Man cake caught my eye and was really impressive. I’ll be back to get it for my nephew.

Me an my friends ordered waffle cones and they were all soft and squishy not crunchy at all tasted as tho it was sitting there for a couple days… they did not tell us that they were cinnamon. Although I thought the cinnamon was delicious my friends did not. We asked about the cones an y they were like that an he just stared at us wit no answer. Another employee had to step in. We then were watching and noticed one of the guys serving another guest and the employee stuck not only his arm but his whole half of his body ANDDD head wit lots of hair inside the freezers. And before that he had just run his fingers thru his hair. Unsanitary I think so… The ice cream was good tho just not the cone.

Staff are always friendly here, and you can sample different flavors. There is a good selection of lower-calorie and low-fat ice creams and sorbets too if you want to have something less decadent.

I’ve had great service at this Baskin Robbins location. Recently, I popped in for the customer appreciation days where they had $ 1, $ 2, and $ 3 specials. It wasn’t crowded at all and the teens working there were polite and professional. They offered me samples and rang me up quickly. The parking lot is very small, but I haven’t had any problems finding a spot and haven’t encountered any long lines. Prices are higher, but I only go to BR when I have a coupon or they have a special going on. Sign up for the birthday club online and get a free scoop for your birthday(I got mine today!).

Reymundo was the most enthusiastic employee of a chain ice cream shop ever. He truly took his work seriously which is tough to get these days in this type of environment. Oh, the single scoop sundae wasn’t bad either.

So my shake was totally liquidated and my boyfriends one scoop of snickers icecream was actually reeses and there were these paper icecream cones covering absolutely everything with stranger’s names and their favorite icecream flavor on them like I give a damn but in the end we got some form of icecream, albeit runny and wrong, so they get 2 stars.

It’s Baskin Robbins. The service is kind of slow, but I guess it’s mostly because of the disgruntled college student paying their way through nights in PB that make it so. Just don’t get the peanut butter fudge brownie or whatever flavor. It’s disgusting!

I love this Baskin Robbins. Lily the owner is super nice and all of the employees are great. I just ordered an ice cream cake for my mother in law and she loved it. It was done so beautifully and tased so yummy and fresh. You should go!

Way over priced! 2 prepacked hand pack is always $ 9.00 every where else except this location. Not friendly either. She always on the phone chatting.

LOVE this place! Nice friendly people who let you taste whatever you want and don’t mind if your kid takes forever to order something. I tried a weird new flavor recently–«Reckless-N-Wild», or something like that. Reminds me of when I always had«Rainbow Sherbert» as a child, but this new thing has a tangy twist that I actually like even better! I was going to say that there is always ample parking, but I’ve never been there on Dollar Scoop Night, so I guess I can’t say that for sure!

Went there today for a brownie sunday. Once we got there, I had to use the restroom. While there was none there, the girl told me the closest one was across the street at the gas station. I refuse to go into a gas station bathroom. I went nextdoor and asked the liquor store owner if there was a bathroom and she gave me the key to the one in the little strip mall where all this is located. Meanwhile, the husband ordered the sunday. When I came back from the restroom, same girl at BR had made the sunday. Who puts ice cream, then brownies on top of that, then toppings? It was the most bizarre brownie sunday I’d ever had. Everyone knows that it’s brownies first, THEN ice cream on top, THEN toppings(hot fudge, whipped cream, nuts, cherry). THAT is a brownie sunday. All the ice cream was melted in a soup at the bottom and it was just ridiculous. I ate it anyhow but sheesh. Is it so much to ask to have a proper brownie sunday? There are few things I’m picky about but you just don’t mess with a pregnant lady’s ice cream! I don’t know if I’ll be back. It wasn’t terrible, I’ve just had better. Someone needs to go back to ice cream sunday training is all I’m sayin’.

Dollar Scoop Night! It’s THE place to be on Tuesday nights(6−10pm). There is not enough room to sit inside, and only a handful of tables outside. Doesn’t bother me, but might be a problem if you don’t want to stand. See you on Tuesday!

Did you know that on Tuesday nights from 6−9pm Baskin Robbins has $ 1 scoop night? I kid you not. It’s true! A kiddo sized scoop is $ 1. If you want a larger scoop, it’ll cost you .50 more. I took the fam along with me this past Tuesday night and we were outta there for less than 5 $. It’s been years since I have had an ice cream cone… gosh, it was so d’lish. I wanted to go get another one before I was even done with the one I had in my hand. :) I believe this BR location changed hands about a year ago. The new owner is really doing a great job making the place shnazzy. It has all sorts of candy everywhere and it looks uh, well… festive is the only word I can think of. I like it. I’ll be back!(shhh, don’t tell my personal trainer)
