With a strong passion for technology, Josiah founded the company in 2008. His vision began building high-​end workstations & servers, but as the need became apparent, a wide-​range of repair services were implemented. While finding himself winning over many of his business clients, he started pushing the company into offering full-​scale IT services to small and medium-​size businesses. Next IT Solutions has seen exponential growth because of the company’s simple, yet effective mission statement, and Josiah’s main focus on putting the customer first, no matter what. Dropped my PC of with these guys yesterday. Heard back today. Due to install issues from Windows10 upgrade. Super grateful for the free diagnostic. Found that even though I disk clean and defragment myself the PC still needed a deeper tune-​up and O.S. optimization. It also appears that Windows overlooked upgrading and properly installing the drivers. These folks also are going to configure my PC with their own method of malware protection. Now for price, with those three services in looking at close to $ 200, before any of the discount you can earn checking in or using Unilocal.That is a little more than I was hoping for. However that’s no different or even cheaper than what I would have paid if I took it to Best Buy or Staples (where I used to work). Plus my machine will be ready for pick-​up today. That’s amazing turn-​around, less than 24hours. Thank you Jeremy and Justin. I was already beginning to get the shakes with out my games.

They make free diagnosis for you and the most important they are honest and very very nice people with the customer service.
Justin & joysayah they are amazing gays.
You can call them and explain everything to them.

I’m in Fountain Valley but i went to them. and if you can’t come. They will come to you.

I really want to thank the guys at Next IT Solutions & Computer Repair. Josiah and Justin really got me to the next level, I had a macbook laptop that was having a virus problem and they solved it. They informed me that it was actually Malware and that I didn’t have to worry, they removed it and even gave me a free session on remote support. I have been coming here for 3 years now, and will keep coming for many years to come.

I was in desperate need of an IT Specialist to repair my work computer… Right away…
Justin got back to me fairly quickly about what the technicians availability was like that day. Sadly to say they were all booked. :(
What I really appreciate about this establishment is that they were not focused on making money. Justin immediately referred me to another IT specialist who would possibly be available. I love that!
In the end, my computer was repaired… Problem solved!

First things First — Amazing customer service. From the start when I messaged them through Unilocal all the way through dropping off my PC and speaking to them about repairs, the customer service has been on point.
After speaking with Justin over Unilocal he let me know I could drop my PC off at anytime and it was a free diagnostic. I headed right on over since they are around the corner from my house and spoke with Josiah. As soon as I walked in the door Josiah jumped right up from whatever he was working on and greeted me with a smile. I explained to him my issue with what I believe was an overheating problem and a couple of more issues I wanted addressed. He wrote down all of my concerns and I even gave them an old hard drive from 8+years ago and asked them if they could transfer the data on that too and they obliged.
Josiah let me know what they would be doing and the process for the diagnostic and possible repair. I’m no longer a real «techie» like I used to be back in the day and the way Josiah explained it to me was very simple that anyone can understand whether you know computers or not.
They called me a couple of days later and gave me the rundown of all the issues with my computer. They are very knowledgeable and offer a lot of services but were not pushy at all. Justin told me straight what would need to be repaired what I could wait on if I needed. I decide to have them repair everything since the quality of service I had received was impeccable and know the work will be the same.
I have yet to pick up my PC because they had to order a part I requested to be replaced which im desperately hoping comes in today so I can get my PC back but their turn-​around is very quick in my experience so far with their time estimates. Thank you Next-​IT and Ill update if anything changes but im sure it will be perfect!
P.S I run a medium sized graphics company with extensive computer use throughout our stores and I will be using these guys for future services most definitely!

I had such a great experience — I was updated at each step and everyone was so awesome and nice!
I handle some of the IT coordination for my small office, and my co-​workers computer was acting wonky and the screen wasn’t working. I brought it to Next IT and they were able to help! They do a free diagnostic and keep you updated on the status. The pricing was affordable, and was able to save us from purchasing a new computer!

So I initially messaged them using the Unilocal message system and he was very responsive. When I called Josiah, he was very professional and attentive in getting my price quote for a custom build in a timely manner. My nearly brand new laptops hard drive crashed. They replaced it and backed up my old hard drive to the new one for a very reasonable price. Also checked out my slow iPad for free. Nothing was wrong with it, it’s just old. They didn’t try to sell me some crazy service on it.

These guys are so incredibly friendly and helpful. They are willing to do whatever it takes to fix your computer. I first took my computer to them 2 years ago. They spent a lot of time trouble shooting it and gave me some options. I decided to just buy a new one at Fry’s since mine was so old. The guys at NEXT did not charge one penny for all the time they spent on it. Two years later, I took the newer computer to them with a problem and they fixed it in no time. I was not happy my computer failed, but was happy that I could give them my business. Really happy to see these young guys building a successful business! I won’t take my computer anywhere else!

Well my husbands laptop starting clicking and that was followed my smoke and dust coming out of the vents. But we didn’t want to give up on it so soon without having someone look at it. I searched on Unilocal and came across these guys and got a prompt response back from my inquiry and decided to take it in. I dropped the laptop off at around 10am and spoke with Justin and he handled my laptop and told me he’d give me a call later that day with a diagnosis. I got a call about 4pm and the diagnosis was no good. My laptop was unfortunately fried and getting a new one was better than replacing an entire motherboard. The diagnosis was free and if something minor had been wrong I’m sure these guys would have been great! I love the fact that they have an actual store front, rather than just «some guys house» and the location is great and easy to get to! We’ll be taking any of our future pc’s there for sure! I had an old pc laptop that was basically dead sitting in my garage for years and my only concern was extracting any photos that were stuck in there, I didn’t even have the main power cord. I stumbled upon Next IT Solutions and Josiah Schaffer and his team came to the rescue. The place was very clean and inviting. He ran the diagnostics in a timely manner and there were some hiccups with my hard drive due to the age and such so it took a bit more time. Josiah is very straight-​forward and honest with recommendations, suggestions and options but ultimately gives you (the customer) the final say on what you would like to do with your electronics. His pricing is fair and reasonable and will do the best he can to make sure you leave satisfied. He appreciates that your time is limited. Also, if you have extra questions or can’t figure out something, he doesn’t mind helping or explaining it to you. Long story short, I was able to get many pictures that I thought were lost forever and through his suggestion, I ended up recycling the laptop because realistically, it wasn’t worth much to re-​sell and would be too much trouble and energy to even begin that process. I recommend Next IT Solutions to anyone that does have an issue with their computer device or isn’t sure what they should do with their computer device. #YAY.

My computer had a blue screen and the games I had on my computer were no longer running. Josiah and Justin were really good to me, theydid a free diagnostic within a couple hours which I really appreciated. They keep in touch with you while they work on your computer (via email/phone)Then they fixed my computer and answered all the pc related questions I had. Really classy guys who know their stuff. However, there was some complications in the availability of the screen for my particular model. Ryan and the guys at Next IT did a great job on my computer. I have a laptop that refused to connect to the Internet after upgrading to Windows 10. They worked on my computer and now it’s running fine. When I had a minor issue with the driver, I called and they were able to fix the issue remotely, without me having to go in. Great experience!

I was in here not to long ago for a computer repair, but I was in Anaheim last week and realized this is the only great place to get a computer repair in La Habra or all of Orange County. The other place I went for a computer repair didn’t know anything about laptops or computers at all. So now I appreciate even more this place.
I want to start off by talking about the layout of the office compared to others, when I go to get my computer repair I don’t want to go to some shady place and drop it off, so this place made me feel really comfortable and they did my repair in under a week!
Thank you again guys, I highly recommend this place to anyone and I say its the best computer repair store in all of Los Angeles /​Orange county! Bring your computers here if you need them done right the first time!

These Guys know what they are doing. Very Professional knowledgable and friendly. They’ll really take the time to explain and walk you through any tech problems you may be having Big or small. They really care about their customers and the work that they do.
I’ve had my phones and computers repaired through them for years and I’d never go anywhere else. It located at a great spot with plenty of parking and their office is actually really nice inside. They get a lot of business but still manage to get your products back to you in a timely manner, everything is very well organized. Worth every penny.

The guys at Larson have always been more than fair with us. Never a hard upsell, they do what it takes to get your devices running properly, and if there are options, they explain them, the pros and cons of each option and the price variance.
My wife and I have have 5 – 6 laptops repaired at Larson’s, and we have always felt we were treated fairly. We have a severely autistic son, so he can be a little abusive to our electronics, and thanks to the recommendations of the staff at Larson’s, we have been able to purchase products that are better able to withstand the abuse our son can put them through. Some of the products that were recommended, weren’t even sold by Larson’s, but they knew that the device they were recommending would better fit our needs.
Great guys, great store, and always right in line with their estimate.

Took my gaming rig in a few weeks ago because my GPU was running a bit hot. I am not to tech savy so I did not want to change the thermal paste myself. Called them and explained to them what was the issues they told me to bring it buy and have them look at it.
Well they they looked at it and also since I was there already I decided to also change the thermal paste on my cpu, they quoted me a very price and 20 mins later I had my rig at home. They are very helpful and have a great clean store. Very professional looking business.
I would recommend everyone to take there pc’s or laptops there for any issues they might have.
