Established in 2010.

We began our technical careers in the corporate world as the «easy button» answer guys; answering the phone calls for technical support; responding to end-​user emails about technical problems; and, yes, getting the occasional yell from down the hall, «Uh dude, can you get over here??? I did it again, I think.» We’ve become extremely efficient at introducing novices to new computers and electronic equipment intended to make office life more productive and, of course, sometimes less so depending on the equipment’s ease-​of-​use. We cover all aspects from the complicated to the simple and, yes, … even the occasional personal touch of introducing facebook to Grandma. In essence, bringing technology to a manageable level for everyone we help in order to maxmize their professional productivity or enhance their personal technology experience by making it the most user-​friendly and enjoyable as possible

We have spent years as the easy button answer guy working office support, always having a love for of new technology pushing it’s limits, making it perform beyond the recommend use makes a techie frustrated with the limitations of a cubicle environment. I’m Chris, I wanted a home away from home not found while stuck under the thumb of a stuck in the middle manager, where time spent with the computer user was frustratingly limited! I wanted to provide the best small scale support for people who don’t actually care how this stuff works. Ten years in an office job has given me the knowledge of how people who aren’t geeks use their technology. I love watching users discover in much the same way a school student learns. I am here to help people enrich their lives with the understanding that newer is not always easier, better or how often there is a greater way to take better advantage of what you already have.
