Just horrible!
Super poor service! Broke my prized brass lamp, failed to notify me right away. Only finally admitted it when faced with overwhelming evidence. (This was after 3 days!)
Initially then promised to «do the right thing» but once it was determined it could not be fixed, they welched on paying for an exact replacement. Only because «It was to expensive». Geeze! Not cool!
They kept telling me they have been in business for 50 years and «this has NEVER happened!» Yeah right! To make matters worse they don’t protect with proper insurance.
Literally it is MOVER BE WARE! Wish they would have done what right! Be careful!
