We had a great experience staying at the place until 10 days later the owner called me yelled at me that the key was lost. How can a b&b not do check out until 10 days later and blame the visitor for this? I tried to explain to her that this is unfair and we can work something out, then she hang up on me before I could finish the sentence. ruined my day.
