Wanda’s Woof Waggin

I have to knock Wanda down a star due to prices. She raised her fees and it’s quite expensive now. I understand the costs associated with mobile grooming, but if I am having multiple animals groomed at once, I would appreciate a bit of a discount. My dogs are not large and only 1 requires a shave. It took the groomer 30 minutes to groom all 3 of my dogs and the cost was over $ 150.00. I do love that they are groomed within my secure yard and that they don’t’ have to go to a strange place all day to be groomed which is why I will continue to use Wanda.

They did an amazing job! I called last minute and they were able to accommodate me on the same day. My dog looks phenomenal! She’s a big hairy Norwegian Elkhound and I’ve never seen her look

Wandas Woof Waggin is terrific. Bindee has sensitive skin and the service they provide has kept Bindee very comfortable throughout the year. They recommended vitamins and put her on a bath schedule that has worked out very well. They also give her a cute neckerchief each time. She has become more accepting of the groomers, goes with them readily. They treat her very well, even wash her collar. They all are great. I Highly recommend them.

We love Wanda’s! My rescue gets nervous in the cages that groomers often use to hold her while she waits for her turn. With Wanda’s, we never have to worry about that. They have always been on time, do a great job, and are super kind with our dog. Wanda has also gone out of her way to suggest remedies to help Suki’s skin allergies. They are truly the best!

EXCELLENT! This was the first time I have used Wanda’s Woof Waggin’, but it will definitely not be the last — it was the best grooming experience my dog ever had! Because we work full time, we usually take our dog Chip to groomers on the weekends. Due of the high demand at that time, he has to stay 3 – 4 hours, which makes him very nervous. When I called Wanda and explained my situation, she said she could come in the evening if that worked better for us. It was GREAT! I have never had another groomer offer evening hours — what a great service! She came at 7 pm, and had Chip washed and groomed in about half an hour. It was great for him, and great for us :) Thanks Wanda!

Wanda is the best groomer out there, and I would never take my dog to anyone else!
I rescued a 2 year old German Shepherd and called Wanda right away. She came over and really worked with my scared doggy to help her get acclimated to being bathed, she identified a bacterial infection on her skin which helped me get my dog treated at the vet’s, and had special doggy shampoo and conditioner that really helped with her condition. She doesn’t just wash my dog, she treats the dog. My dog smells and looks amazing, and LOVES Wanda, as do I!
I HIGHLY recommend Wanda.

I have a long haired Corgi mix. We usually have his hair cut very short and have had a hard time finding a groomer that can accomplish the cut we want without leaving harsh lines. Cynthia at Wanda’s woof woof wagon did an amazing job! They also took us in last minute which was very helpful. The next day I got a call from Wanda to see how I like the cut. Not only are they excellent groomers but they have great customer service.

Most of these reviews are for dog grooming, which I’m sure is excellent, but my experience with Wanda is actually as a horse groomer. She did an amazing job on my fussy, thin-​skinned horse, cleaned his sheath expertly (not easily done) and cleared up a persistent fungus he’d had on his leg. She spent a couple hours taking me through her detailed process, listed out all the products she uses, ordered me some of them that aren’t widely available and just did a really outstanding job all around. She has a real ability to connect with pets. I don’t have a dog at the moment but if I get another one I wouldn’t dream of using anyone else for grooming.

I’ve used Wanda’s Woof Waggin’s services a handful of times for my dogs and have always been very pleased with the results.
Scheduling is generally easy — just give Wanda a call and she’ll generally find a way to fit you in to her schedule. At the appointed time, she or her partner will give you a call to give you a heads-​up that they’re on the way. Take your dirty dog to the mobile grooming unit and they’ll bring ‘em back smelling fresh and clean and with an adorable bandana about an hour later.
The services are not cheap but the results are great. My Germans Shepherd is over $ 100 per visit but he smells so fresh and clean for at least one full week after being groomed and his fur is so soft and sleek. I never ever manage to get anywhere near those results when I groom him at home.
One thing that really earns the 5 stars is the care they put into each dog. I’ve also had my Boston Terrier groomed by Wanda and she mentioned an odd spot she found on the dog as well as some teeth she thought needed our vet to check out. She even remembered to ask me how the vet checkup went the next time she came over to groom the dog.

I felt the need to write a review. IMPORTANT NOTE: I haven’t actually purchased services from Wanda. Let me explain. Two nights ago I called in a panic because my dogs had been sprayed by a skunk. I immediately started calling to see if anyone could take care of their coats and get the skunk oil out. Wanda picked up (it was 10pm at that point) and was very helpful. She gave me some great advice about what to do immediately. I scheduled to bring the dogs in the morning because she had an opening. By chance, my neighbors had a bottle of skunk remover. We washed the dogs immediately and most of the smell was gone. I called in the morning to let Wanda know we didn’t need to bring them in. Overall, she was extremely helpful (when she didn’t need to be since it was 10pm and I hadn’t actually brought the dogs in) and very polite. I genuinely appreciated her calming my nerves — I’d never dealt with this before and was nervous about my dogs well-​being. Thanks Wanda!

Life savers! My dog got skunked late last night. I called to leave a message and Wanda picked up and scheduled me for first thing this morning. The groomer was here by 8am and by 9am my dog was allowed back in the house — smelling pretty! Worth every dime! The groomer was super sweet — awesome experience! Thank you!

We have been using Wanda’s service for over a year now for our 3 dogs and it has been such a pleasure. Viviana is so amazing with our dogs and they absolutely love her. Having that relationship makes the whole grooming experience for them painless. Always on time, always efficient and amazing rates. What else do you need? I’m nuts about my dogs and who does any type of service to them and I highly recommend them.

My dogs had never been to a groomer and what a suprise to find such a great groomer in my own neighborhood. I will definitely be calling them again, they are very caring and knowledgable. The convenience of the mobile unit is an added plus. Thanks so much

I will definitely be using Wanda’s Woof Waggin again! I had a dog skunk emergency and not only did they return my call quickly, they were able to fit me in their schedule. Wanda is extremely nice and you can definitely tell she is an animal lover. My dogs went into her van skunky and dirty and came out beautiful and clean. They finished up the pooches looks with cute bandanas. Definitely recommend!
