Having not been to a J-in da Box, in many years, I was lured in by the new Homestyle Ranch Chicken Club commercial, that had just aired. I decided to eat at the business, and was surprised by the more modern aesthetics of this location. There was a strong use of metals in the design, and the windows had nice treatments. The restaurant was clean, and well kept. This establishment seemed very minimally staffed, and had a «Help Wanted» sign, but the service did not suffer. It did take longer than average for a fast food order, but I was rewarded with high quality, hot, and fresh food. The chicken patty was a little thinner than I had hoped for, but was tasty. The bun was perfectly toasted, the bacon was not overcooked, and the veggies on board were very high quality! Was very surprised by that alone. The tomatoes, and lettuce were A+! The fries were hot, and crisp, and had minimal rejects. There must have been a push for higher quality from Jack, as I was impressed with this visit.

Worst location I have ever seen. I keep trying to give them more chances but keep getting disappointed. Lastest visit was the last straw. Pulled into the drive through and there were 3 cars in front of me. Placed my order and then waited for 24MINUTES! And even then I had only moved up 2 places. Seriously??? 12 minutes per car?! And this is not the first time this has happened. Either get it together or go out of business. Because as of now you are terrible…

The only thing I ordered was a loaded breakfast sandwich. They forgot the bacon and sausage. All it had was two pieces of egg and a piece of ham. Call the location twice with no luck.

Hubby and I stopped here for breakfast on the go, after we had just moved in and had no food in the house. I know there’s not much you can say about a fast-food restaurant, however, coming from Las Vegas where almost everything is bad and we have become accustomed to poor quality and lack of customer service… we were very pleasantly surprised. I had the sausage croissant. The croissant wasn’t all smushed up, and the egg wasn’t cooked to oblivion. The yolk was cooked, but still moist. My husband had the supreme croissant, which he almost didn’t get because the last 2 times he’d gotten it in Vegas, he said it was like a salt-lick. No such issues here. Customer service was great. Food was good and hot. Love the fact that they didn’t smush my sandwich!

This is the worst Jack in the Box in the history of Jacks in the Box. They are sloooooow no matter what time of day you go. They are almost always out of something. Usually, it’s something vital like, say, HAMBURGERBUNS. How does a hamburger store run out of those? They have one of those stupid Coke Freestyle machines — to be fair, I guess all JITBs have these, not just this location. It could be that they’re using gross Kyle water in the mix, but the drinks just taste nasty. We’ll buy food here, then drive over to Sonic for drinks, they’re that bad. But this experience takes the cake. My husband just tried to stop there on his way home from a late shift at work and they were inexplicably«temporarily closed» at 11:45 on a Sunday night. I’m thinking maybe they were partaking in some munchie meals of their own…

I hadn’t visited in a couple of years because of the poor, slow service when it was brand new. Went today and sadly it has not changed. I was tempted to ask if I could come nuke my burger for them. There were five people working and it wasn’t that busy, yet it took over ten minutes. I guess it would have been faster through the drive thru, but there was nobody inside. Very disappointing. The Jack in the box in Buda is better. I won’t go back to this location even though I live in Kyle.

Where do I start? It IS Jack In The Box!!! You can’t expect awesomeness but you can expect edible food at cheaper prices than other heart-stopping fast food joints! I like this JIB most times I go. The food is decent and the people at the drive through window are usually friendly. What I don’t like is that EVERY single time I make an order at the drive-thru…they get it ALLLLLL wrong and I have to keep repeating it! I know I am speaking SLOWLY and I am speaking English! I can’t figure out how they can always get something totally different than what I am saying in my order! Maybe they don’t speak English? I have left the drive-thru more than once with things missing from my order. But, when I drive back around(I have learned to check my bag before hitting the road), they are always apologetic about it and get our missing item(s) quickly. Other than that, I won’t complain. It IS Jack In The Box and quite honestly, I would rather go there than the other joints. Their tacos are things of question and wonder, but 2/$ 1…hey, then… who am I to judge? They are good when you are hungry with 4 – 5 packs of hot sauce on them!

Hey, it’s a Jack in the Box. This place has got that fancy Coke dispenser with the 100 flavors. Peach Mello Yello Zero, FTW!!! Seriously, they have flavors you can’t get anywhere. Except other JIB’s…and Pei Wei… and a couple other places. Wash down your seasoned curlies with a PMY Zero. Sit back and WIN.

Terrible, has gone down hill. The soda machine tastes horrible, ½ the flavors dont work. The prices went up, quality nose dived. The crew is nice but the night crew are very on off when they have product supplied«oh we don’t have that right now».

Oh, Jack! You little tease of a clown! You asked if I wanted ketchup in the bag, and you didn’t put it in there. You’re so devious! I didn’t find out until I was 35 miles away. You sly devil! By the way, I should mention that the hamburger another family member had was reported to have been the worst hamburger of her life. But, it’s OK. I’ve fed Mom absolute crap before and she’s still with us.

This Jack in the Box ruined my experience with their restaurants. Food was cold, it took too long and the drinks were flat. Go to whataburger!!!

I pulled into the drive through and waited at the speaker. We had to call out, «Hello? HELLO?» The girl comes on. «Oh… sorry. not sure what happened.» We place the order and waited ENTIRELY too long at the drive through. If we could have gotten around the car in front of us, we would have left. Service at this Jack in the Box is very good at all, no matter what time you go. You are better off at the Whataburger across the street.
