Austin Ear, Nose & Throat Clinic – kyle

I have taken my daughter to this specialist a couple of times. Dr. Dammert is so nice and easy to talk to. He took care of my baby’s ears and did her tube surgery. She was in and out of the hospital in no time under his care. His MA, Flora, is really sweet and is very helpful. For the life of me, I can’t remember her name, but his audiologist, is also a very sweet girl. So with all the positive feedback, why only a three star rating? His front desk staff is SOOOO RUDE!!! They completely ignore you when you first walk in. As the parent to a first time patient, I was nervous and had never been there before, but the girl at the front desk was less than enthusiastic to help me or even acknowledge me. Luckily, there was a patient in front of me signing in, so I followed suit. When you call to make appointments, the person answering the phone is cold and sounds bored. It’s sad that such a great doctor has awfully rude staff.
