History
Established in 1999.
These condos were built about 12 years ago on the sunny south shores of Kauai. These condos were the first to have central air-conditioning on Kauai. Unlike most of the existing vacation rentals, they were big and spacious with new designer furnishings and of course, central air-conditioning. They have been some of the most sought after rentals in Poipu and offer one of the finest most comfortable home base locations from which you can enjoy your Kauai vacation.
