Let me start by saying that everyone that I encountered here was super nice. I took 4 shirts here to be cleaned. I was scheduled to pick up my shirts 2 days later. When I was leaving I realized that I only had 3 shirts and when I mentioned it they said «Oh, they must need more time». No one said anything about it to me until I asked and did not give a clear indication of what «more time» meant. Needless to say, I forgot about that shirt and a month later they called me to come and get it. I will use them again because they did a great job with the cleaning but the communication was a little wonky.
