If I could give zero stars I would. This has been a few years ago but whenever I use a cleaners I always remember the way I was treated at Executive Cleaners. I had dropped off my wedding dress to have boxed. I called back and ask if they could wait till I also dropped off my veil. They put me on hold so they could locate my dress and I was on hold for quite some time. They finally located which they had moved to a different location. Later that day I dropped off my veil and a pair of black dress pants. I said no need to clean the veil just box with dress and just need pants cleaned. They gave me a ticket that listed«1 item» which I assumed was for my pants. I come back at the time told to pick up. They couldn’t find my pants. They couldn’t find my dress(again). I showed them my ticket that stated I had dropped off one item for cleaning which was my pants. They again said I didn’t drop off any pants but would keep looking to come back. I went back the next day and was told they didn’t find my pants. I ask to speak with the owner which was a guy I had already talked to over the phone and was no help. He said he had to believe his girls that I never dropped off any pants. I was so angry that I was treated this way, no I’m sorry, we’ll refund you the price of your $ 60.00 pants. I can understand there may be customers that lie but I had no record of doing this before so they should’ve tried to satisfy my needs but no I was told I was lying I never dropped off any pants… and«If I had such problems locating my dress in the beginning why drop off more items?» And I was told this by the owner! So my pants were stolen by one of his so called«girls». After leaving I realized they had kept my garment bag from David’s Bridal so I had to travel to another location to get that. The most horrible customer service. I paid $ 150 for my boxed dress. Why would I lie? I have not gone back, will not, and I advise all my friends and family never go to Executive Cleaners.

Executive was a great cleaner with great service. That has really changed over the past 4 – 5 years. They clearly DONOT care about their customers or the quality of the job they do. I recently picked up 8 – 10 shirts only to find 4 of them were either stained or scorched. One of the shirts, which had the«sorry we couldn’t get the stains out tag» on it wasn’t mine. I called the store and asked that the manager call me. A week went by without a call. I went to the store on a Saturday to speak with the manager. The person who was working informed that the manager wasn’t in, but I could leave my number. This, I suspect is the same surly individual referenced in another post. Another week went by without a call. We are now trying different cleaners.
