Great dealership and sales people. Had to hunt down car we wanted, but they found it quickly. Salesperson excellent with minimal haggling. Bit slow on paperwork, but maybe because was not in their stock. All in all, good experience.

Just bought a 2015 fully loaded Toyota Corolla and I love it. I got a great deal and the service was great. Helped me get exactly what I wanted with no pressure to buy what I didn’t need or want. Randy always helps us out and this is the 3rd Corolla I have purchased from him and when I need my next vehicle I will call Randy first.

I ended up taking the tire off, myself. The nail is still in the tire! I hadn’t looked all the way around the tire. Of course the tire is still leaking.

I started looking to buy my husband a car last week and Lithia Toyota was the second dealership that I went to, hands down they were the best Dealers that I had been to. Kirk Toney was AWESOME! He was knowledgeable and genuine and had us out of there and into my husbands new truck in less than 3 hours. I highly recommend Lithia Toyota and I highly recommend you go through Kirk Toney. We will definitely be back.

I’ve been working recently with a man named Jim to purchase a new vehicle & it has been a very nice process. I have not felt that he tried to pressure me toward anything, he answered all of my questions, and he was very willing to work with me and my husband. The whole thing took only a day or two via phone calls and e-​mails. My husband and I are very excited to get over to the dealership when we get into Klamath Falls so we can pick up our new car.
Definitely one of the most pleasant experiences with a dealership that we have experienced, even if this was our first time looking to buy a car.
