Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Klamath Falls – Service Department

Use with caution…, have been here a few times the last visit the service department is questionable competency of techs be warned and check your vehicle before driving away. My vehicle was damaged and they did repair free of charge.

Was working and traveling through from so cal to Salem, My water pump started to seize on me 50 miles out of k falls. Still under factory warranty I babied it into the dealer. They said they only have a couple of people that can do my diesel truck for warranty work and they r booked up and can get me in tomorrow. I explained I had a trailer to pick up in Salem and has to be deliverer in Arizona the next day and I can’t wait. The service writer asked me to wait a minute, he comes back out and said he’ll squeeze me in, may take a few hours but will have us back on the road by end of day– and with that they had my truck done in a few hours, not a penny out of my pocket and was on my way to get to another trailer. Thanks for everything ;)

Took my car in because it was making a weird sound. 2 days and $ 370.00 dollars later I get my car back. I drive from there lot and make it to where samgoody use to be and my car starts making the same sound. I turned around and went straight back, the guy at the service shop counter said they will look at it again but its going to be a new bill. Got pretty mad at this point and the guy took me to see his boss in the back office. The manager/​boss told me that they did work on my car and the part they replaced must have just been a piece to the puzzle and if I wanted to put it back in the shop all new work will be on a new bill. At this point what do you do a lawsuit would cost as much as what I paid them. So im writing this review in hopes that it will hurt there business and save people from what I went through. PS. Lithia replaced my ball barrings, Took my car to a different shop in town and it was my transmisson. Had it rebuilt and $ 2000.00 later no noises.
