Lithia Ford of Klamath Falls

Each time we g in to get our oil changed on our mustang, the technicians are always ready to get everything setup. They showed what our air filter looked like and needed to replaced. They told us the price and it was reasonable. They always answer any question and more than helpful, friendly. Always great service.

Everytime i need my ford serviced i go to lithia. Their technicians are all knowledgeable of what they’re doing. Service advisors are awesome and treat you like a friend or even a family. they’ll keep you up to date with whats going on by phone call. And you’re vehicle be ready when its promised. Price is reasonable too! I recommend ford lithia for any type of service you need for your ford! 5 star 2 up!

Service dept broke something in my car when a recall was getting fixed and they claimed that they didn’t do it and tried to get me to pay for it to be fixed and there was no way to prove anything against them.

These guys do a great job to go out of their way to help!

This review is regarding the service department. First, let me say the service advisors are great, the techs… not so much. They need some scheduling and quality control help. I get my oil changed here and I RARELY am waiting any less than 2 hours. (I have to go back… bought the Ford lifetime oil changes) for an oil change this is absurd.
My biggest gripe though is that every time I get my car (s) back the interiors are coated in a nice layer of dirt/​grease/​oil. I have found it on the glovebox, leather seats, steering wheel (obviously) and all over the door as well as the headliners of by BRAND NEW car. The grime comes off the plastic and leather easily enough, but the light gray headliner in my BRAND NEW car has a golfball sized smear of OIL on it and several oily finger prints next to it… don’t ask me what the reason is for touching the headliner in a car, but I digress. I am not sure if it will come out or not. The point is, I shouldn’t have to detail my car after every time it goes in for service, and if that smear doesn’t come off the headliner I’m gonna freak.
Additionally, on one occasion, I had to bring the car back because they screwed something up that wasn’t previously. The final straw however was the last time I was in, they told me the car was ready to go, gave me the key, but DIDNT CLOSE THE HOOD completely! Isn’t this like… rule #1 when you are returning a car to a customer? Seriously… ridiculous. Nevermind the fact that the interior was again, filthy… This sloppy work makes me wonder if they are actually installing oil filters etc, or remembering to replace gaskets. I have given them plenty of opportunity to improve their work as I have been in many times… it just never gets any better.

I was recently in to Lithia Ford looking at a new truck for my husband. I found one and was told that they had a sale going on for just «this weekend only» I spent the better part of my Saturday on the phone working with them to make the deal happen only to be told that my payments were going to be outrageous and that I should consider looking at a lesser priced vehicle. They NEVER took my budget into consideration nor the fact that it was Easter weekend. I spent the better part of my Sunday looking at said lesser priced vehicles since I wanted to take advantage of their «This Weekend Only Sale» but none suited my family. When we told the salesman that we were needing something bigger for our family he replied with…“you can’t always get everything you want” seriously he said that. I’m looking at $ 40,000+ trucks and I’m to settle for something less that what I want/​need? When we mentioned that we were going to go look at the Toyota Dealership (also Lithia) they started bad mouthing Toyotas. Come to find out that it wasn’t a «This Weekend Only Sale» (still having the sale) and was also told many other blatant lies trying to butter me up and push me into making a impulsive decision for a quick sale (which in now way would have benefited me or my family) Not to mention the numerous times I was told I needed to take advantage of this limited time offer. (Still having the sale) I left there feeling creeped out and uncomfortable. The term sleazy used car salesman comes to mind. But I went over to Toyota bought a more expensive truck within my budget and then returned 5 days later to purchase another car. Because they were just that awesome! And when I had told the salesman… (Kurk Toney, who was Awesome by the way) that we had previously been looking at the Ford trucks at Lithia Ford he had nothing but nice things to say about their trucks and said that even if he didn’t get the sale at Toyota that his GM owned both so he was happy that we had come to Lithia in the first place. My family has driven Fords for years and I would like to say that if we considered buying a Ford the next time we were in the market to buy that I would go back, but I honestly couldn’t say that. So I suggest if you want to have and no hassle, no pressure, no bull car/​truck buying experience Go to Lithia Toyota. Their whole staff was awesome! We signed a payment deferment agreement that stated my downpayment check would not be deposited before a certain date. Somebody in the company deposited the check four days prior to the agreed date with a resulting nsf fee to me. I brought them a cashier’s check that was minus the fee I had to pay. They refused payment and referred it to their retrieval company.
The retrieval company and I came to an agreement and I thought everything was settled. Two weeks later, Lithia instigated an ACHPAY without authorization then claimed they didn’t do it even though my bank states it was them. Lithia referred me to their retrieval company who state they have no knowledge of the transaction.
Somebody lied and stole money from my bank account. All in all they have cost me fuel for two four hour trips to settle this, two nsf fees, and now a fee that nobody claims stealing from my bank account.

These two men would be a great asset no matter where they work. Too bad someone in an office somewhere undid all the good they did.
2÷23÷13: «We did agree to wait to deposit your check, and when we did not hear from you by the agreed upon date, we processed it. We have never touched your bank account.» Let’s see… agreement said 17^th, it was deposited the 14^th. And the unauthorized debit from my account has Lithia’s name on it and not United Tranzactions.
