Park Inn By Radisson Resort & Conference Center

Came here from Jersey. Came to visit Disney so stayed at this hotel because it was close and it was cheap. Came to check in our room wasnt ready but the guy have us another room which was nice. The hotel is dirty, the carpets are filthy and old. There was a cracker on the hallway and it was never picked up all week (How do the cleaning people not see that?). Our toilet seat was dirty before we used it. One day they didnt give us towels, apparently they were running out of towels but we did get them. The pool was not great, it was a little dirty. The sand bar was closed?! I would give this hotel 1 stat but i gave it 2 stars because of the bartender we had one night at the main restaurant/​bar because he was nice. I know this place is cheap, but they didn’t clean up a cracker that was on the floor. So simple. Wouldn’t recommend.

I was worried about all the negative reviews however my room is fairly clean… I mean it’s not my house so I can’t expect it to be as clean as I would like it… the bathroom and bed are clean. the hall does have a weird smell as I read in other post but it’s not completely off putting and it’s probably just the outdated carpet. the food on the buffet is better than most for hotel free food. salad was fresh and staff was very friendly

The rooms were okay and nice and the pool was big but customer service just wasn’t as good as you want it to be. They weren’t nice and they charge extra once you get there to check in.
I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The customer service here is just terrible! The «Manager» Vinny is the worst person I could ever imagine in a leadership role! He is just awful. I guess I just have to agree with all of the other terrible reviews. I asked him to review the security camera for a lost IPad and I know exactly where it was and when, but he refused to help us. I guess he has a special interest when his employees are found to have stolen the IPad! Just awful service and completely unwilling to help! The rest of the hotel may be fine, but when there is a clown like this in charge, you can only assume it gets worse from there…

A lot of ants!!!
Every where!!!
The first day we stay is okay while the second day when we come back room, hundreds ants! Around wall, table, even on the pillows!!!
We don’t have any foods or beverages in the room. Those ants come from ceiling!!!
The hotel staff just said the ants is everywhere and no other explanation to us! And no sorry!!!
And the facilities in the room are old! Beds are too humidity to sleep well!!!
It’s a disaster to be here!!!

Had to stay here as part of an all inclusive deal. Lesson learned. Went into it very optimistic but left disappointed. Obviously Orlando is Disney town and most people are okay sacrificing quality for a place close to the parks. Obviously the ownership knows this because there is very little incentive to make the hotel competitive. This place looks like it hasn’t been renovated or cleaned in 20 years. The furniture is painted brown, chipping everywhere. Beds squeak. The AC made sounds like a cat being stepped on every time it would shut off. Pillows were dirty. Everything was dusty and beat up. The hallway carpet is worn to threads. Doors don’t shut firmly, gaps everywhere. Very low quality vibe overall. Thankfully we only used this place to sleep during the two days we were in Orlando. Think of this place as as a last resort, no pun intended.

I stayed in room 357. I would have given this hotel ZERO stars but that wasn’t possible. This was by far the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. There was sooo much mold I had to leave. Due to the mold I was sick the rest of my stay in Orlando. DO NOT STAY in this hotel!

Omg where do I even begin. I arrived at this establishment on April 29^th, 2016. The first thing I saw when stepping out of my vehicle is non-​residential people loitering, BUGS (which I will get to in a brief moment), and unhappy/​frustrated guests.
Strike 1: Sanitation– sanitation should always be the number one priority of a hotel, especially one in connection with Raddison. I saw more bugs than I saw little children with Mickey Mouse souvenirs and memorabilia. A little girl no older than the age of 7 had a ROACH crawl into her water cup. Luckily I told the parents and they handled the situation. Another problem I’ve heard guests of this hotel murmur about is MOLD on the bed frames. Thank goodness I did not experience this myself.
Strike 2: loitering people– nothing detours guest and people searching for a hotel more than shady individuals hanging out in gangs on the front door step trying to sell you bootleg Micky Mouse cartoons.
Strike 3: Unhappy Guests– From the second I walked in I knew this hotel was a total cluster fuck. A lady had to have her room key re-​magnetized 3 times and 3 families were sent to DIFFERENT HOTELS because of their rooms being already booked!!!
YOU’RE OUT!!!
And screw the guy that made me pay extra for OJ. What part of free continental breakfast is not clear!!!

If u r looking for luxury this place is NOT it! If looking for a place to sleep, this place will do. It is not a resort. Is crowded and rooms smell old and damp. Watch out in the parking lot, craters in the lot creep up under ur car. Definitely drive slow

This is my first night out of six nights and I am extremely pleased with the room I got and the hotel in general.
The rooms are very clean and spacious, hotel staff is very kind, love the Pizza Hut in the lobby!
Came here with with my son to celebrate his bday I’m so happy we chose to stay here!
UPDATE: my stars went down very quickly when I ordered room service breakfast an hour ago and I’m still waiting on it I said my room number is «five, seven, zero and they told me that didn’t exist cause the rooms have 3 numbers haha i said yes «five, seven, zero that’s 3 numbers and I also said its «A» cause there’s 570A and 570b they said that through them off yet they never called or anything.
Very disappointed my 4 yr old is starving waiting for overpriced breakfast that’s an hour late :(

I will say one thing, though.
I realize I’m in a hotel in Orlando and things cost more so $ 2.25 for $.75 bottle of water I’m actually okay with, but to tell me there is a $ 5.00 minimum to use a credit card is offensive.
This is still the United States and merchant services is a cost of doing business.
I think the markup on a bottle of water should cover your fees and even if they didn’t I think the cost for the room, two meals and drinks at your bar should make this a pretty profitable deal.
Don’t be a dick and take advantage of people. Gone are the days of caveat emptor specifically because of the use of credit cards and the threat of chargeback.
And there is a convenience store around the corner.

Hotel is nice and room is comfortable. Kiddy pool was dirty so we opted not to let our children swim there. The biggest issue for us was when we placed an order to a «House of New York Pizza» that was advertised in our room. What a terrible mistake the food got here an hour and a half later, very bad quality and the order was incomplete. Their customer service rep was incredibly rude. We regret not ordering food from the restaurant on site. Please, please whatever you do, do not order anything from this disastrous «New York style» restaurant. They have no address listed in their brochure and no where to be found online. Shame on you Park Inn for having these clowns advertised in your hotel rooms.

We recently stayed here from 03÷13÷2016−03÷17÷2016 it wasn’t our worst hotel experience, but it wasn’t our best either. I booked our stay thru Travelocity we got a great deal $ 404 for 4 nights including the resort fee. I knew i should checked Unilocal before booking as I normally do here is a list of the pros and cons.
Pros:
–Free parking
–Right next door to Disney World
–Comfortable beds
–Very close to other stores such as Target, Ross, Dollar Tree etc.
–Friendly staff
Cons:
–Big but dirty tub
–Dirty carpet in the hallways No carpet in the rooms
–Nasty pillows thank god we brought our own
–WIFI? what Wifi it didn’t work not one day we were there
–Mini fridge in the room is extremely loud
–Two swimming pools they were both dirty all four days
–Their was a man beating his wife at 2 am cops had to be called can you say GHETTO
I wouldn’t call this a resort it is more of a «fancy» motel, if am ever in Orlando again (which i will mostly likely be) I would not stay here again I rather spend more money and stay in a disney resort.

Really nice hotel. I booked these through hotwire so I got a great deal on the room. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable.
We only stayed here for one night so it fit our needs perfectly fine. My only suggestion is to watch out for the time share people. They will try to get you to sit through a presentation so you have to be quick to just tell them you are not interested. They try to get you at the front desk by telling you to go to another desk for a special «gift» for your stay. Watch out! Its a gimmick to try and get you to attend a timeshare.

First the good. The room is clean, priced cheap, it has a refrigerator and is literally a stones throw from Disney not to mention ample parking and friendly staff.
The bad is it looks nothing like the pictures. Nothing. It’s in sore need of remodel. Safe does not work, closet sliding doors aren’t hung right, looks like a drunk did the caulk and paint in the bathroom. The floor is tiled the AC is a convection type and makes a ton of noise when running.
The lobbies and elevators tell the story but for what you pay I guess you can’t complain. Not the worst place in the world but they sell it on the web like its a first class stop. Disappointed

Not impressed at ALL. There is NO temperature control in the room. We had someone open our door at 12 am. Scary. The next day when we tried to access our room we couldn’t. They stated it was bc we went to DW with our key. Really? What was I suppose to do with the key? Won’t stay here again regardless of the price. Too many problems.

Had a lovely stay in this well located hotel… All thanks to Miss. Suazzette Williams. at the front desk. She is a superb professional. and absolutly wonderful .
I would never stay anywhere else… unless she leaves the Park Inn!

This is one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. I have never experienced the following problems anywhere else.
–I have killed two cockroaches so far, one of them in which you’ll see I trapped under a cup (which by the way housekeeping didn’t remove!)
–The floor has dirt and sand on it
–The «free» breakfast buffet is not so free after all. They wanted to charge for orange juice; even Motel 6 offers free orange juice. Furthermore, they handed us our check saying the meal is free but we have to pay the taxes. We paid just over $ 1 in tax and 18% of «normal priced meal» mandatory gratuity.
The only positive here is that the staff is friendly which goes a ways, but I don’t feel comfortable in my room the way it is.

Where to start…
We booked this hotel as it was one of the few reasonable ones in the area. We should have paid more to go somewhere else. The other night we were at the pool, and there were no towels to dry off with. So I asked the front desk to send some, they never came. Then I asked again, 10 mins later — still no towels. Even had a lady ask as well after 40 mins, still no towels. Lady at the front desk said they would be up when they were dry. How do you run out of towels for the pool? Even if you were out of pool towels wouldn’t it make sense to give bath towels or something? Apparently not, so we walked back to our room soaking wet.
There is also mold or some foreign substance on the lamp shade which is pretty visible.
No fan in the shower, so if you take a hot one, guaranteed that the steam will still be on the mirror an hour later .
Oh, and if you want discounts to Disney, you have to listen to their shpiel for a time share for 90 mins. Yeah, cuz after this experience, it makes me want to come back
Side note: don’t get a room by the elevator, apparently nobody cares that it’s 6 am and they make noise all hours of the day
Why a fucking joke… Now they want a $ 3 fee for me to pick up something that was shipped here

Where do I begin…
The staff was the only thing half decent about this place.
The room was disgusting and dirty. The bathroom was dirty and rusty and our toilet was cracked and it was so badly peeled that it looked like poop on the rim.
The mini bar fridge had roaches… YES, ROACHES !!! The bed had roaches too and the sheets were dirty. The room had a musty smell and so did the hallways.
The elevator felt like it was going to break every time we were on it!
This has got to be the worst hotel ever, i will never stay there again and i don’t recommend it.
I had to check out, ask for my money back, and look for another hotel.
