Subway

Nothing low carb any more unless you just want a salad. So much for their healthy image! Came in looking for something to eat after a fasting blood draw at the Doctors office — Epic Fail!

New owners took over summer 2012. They fired the long-​time day manager who was a great and loyal employee of the prior good owners. Attention to freshness, cleanliness, and the overall running of this particular Subway has declined with new ownership.

This is going to be one of THE BEST subways you will ever go to. The management is really involved in making sure everyone gets 5 star treatments and all employees are really well trained and prepared.
This is also one of the CLEANEST subways you will ever eat at. No joke they scrub the floors, walls and ceiling! Very few subways are this clean. You will get really fast, friendly and helpful service.

I am a Subway connoisseur, having eaten Subway sandwiches all over the country with varying levels of satisfaction. I can tell you that the food and the people rank right up there among the best Subways out there. I frequent this location as it is near my house. The employees there are friendly and they often go ‘next level’ on the toppings. I have never been disappointed by a sub from this location. Recommended!

Great locaion and always nice and clean.

My girlfriend and I frequent this location now, but this was not always the case.
One afternoon, we decided we were too lazy to make our own food and decided to stop in at Subway as opposed to the QFC next door. We were served quickly and treated kindly and had an overall satisfying experience.
2 or so weeks later, we came back in. Ashley (the employee who had helped us from the time before) not only recognized us, but remembered our exact orders down to the very last condiment. As she was serving us, she also managed to take the time to fix a perceived issue a special needs customer had with their order without making anyone wait any longer or putting anyone out.
Since that amazing second experience, the ladyfriend and I have been regular customers. Ashley always remembers our orders, is always friendly, is fast and precise, is extremely knowledgeable about the product, and produces all around one of the best customer experiences one could ask for.
Today, I asked her to make me the best sandwich ever (giving her carte blanche over my order), and ya know what? She made me the best sandwich ever.
Kudos to Ashley. If she’s not management, she certainly should be. If she is, I certainly hope the owners appreciate what an outstanding personality they have representing their business.

Hey, it’s Subway — you know what’s on the menu!

This Subway is OK. I mean, it IS a Subway so you know what you’re going to get (good) but this one is a bit worn and the staff seems bored (bad). I mean, thank goodness they don’t dance and sing like Coldstone idiots, but please at least SMILE when I say thank you (and mean it). (minus a half star)
The soda fountain mixes were slightly off. Diet Coke was too strong and the regular Coke was pretty watery. Need some DAILY cleaning and maintenance attention there, folks. (minus one star)
Restrooms were adequately clean but strip-​mall cold. Heat the restrooms too, people, it’s COLD in there and some of us DO need to sit! LOL (minus a half star for goosebumps in August!)

This Subway has a nice atmosphere. They’ve got really friendly staff. Unfortunately they serve the standard Subway food, which is gross.
PROS: Friendly staff. Nice atmosphere. Next to China Chef in case you’re hungry and don’t want to eat their gross.
CONS: Friendly staff may be on drugs. It’s a Subway.
2−15−10 UPDATE: Okay, first, what kind of sub sandwich shop doesn’t have swiss cheese? That’s just a complaint about Subway in general.
Second, some crazy lady was out front today picketing Subway. She says Subway managers are unfair and take their employees breaks. And then there was something about a list. I have no idea. It was rather entertaining. Doesn’t change my opinion of Subway in anyway… I just thought I’d share.
