I have had two cars repaired by Juanita Collision. The second was just last week. I had the car for sale before it was in an accident. When I got the car back from Juanita, the car looked brand new. I took my car here for a relatively minor repair and they did a great job. Not only that, they touched up some small scratches on my car, without me even mentioning them. They washed the car and even vacuumed the interior too. Everyone was super nice and super professional. I’d recommend them to anyone in need of body work.

For the last 10 years or so, we’ve taken our cars to JCC for body repairs. Every single transaction has been a great experience and a reminder that great businesses are about hiring great people. The work that has been done — including the detailing — is so good that the cars look like they are rolling off the factory floor. Amazing work.
This last minor repair was finished a day earlier than estimated, was once again finished to as-​new condition (or perhaps even better and shinier), and the car looks great outside and in. The integration of our insurance and their service couldn’t have been handled more smoothly.
Best of all, the customer service is top-​notch. Everyone we’ve met there is fantastic but Mike really goes above and beyond: courteous, funny, fast, accurate, thorough. I hope JCC hangs onto this guy and everyone else because this is what keeps us coming back!

Juanita Collision Center (aka Juanita Auto Rebuild to us old people) has been a reliable business for as long as I can remember and was the only place to consider when needing body work done on your car. While many others in my family have had more advanced work done there over the years most of my needs were minor but seemingly none the less important to me as I do the best I can to care for my cars. It wasn’t until just recently that I was involved in my first accident when I was rear ended at a red light. Needless to say, it wasn’t much fun and I dreaded the process of dealing with the drivers insurance company — up until I told them that I was going to take my car to JCC. They were so pleased to hear that they would be dealing with the owner and staff there and reassured me that they work with them frequently and have come to know them and rely upon them for their professional honesty, dedication to detail and thorough customer service. I certainly knew them to be all of these things but found it reassuring that insurance companies who deal with myriads of repair shops to know them to be these things as well. I am so appreciative of their hard work and kindness through my repair process. I cannot imagine finding any place better!

Came in for an estimate and was greeted and met with a person that could give me the estimate within 3 minutes. Availability to repair the car was flexible and met my schedule. Pricing was reasonable and the results were great! Highly recommended.

Wow. After a nasty accident that took out the back end of our Prius, Juanita Collision took us in and took care of us. I was pretty shaken– they were sensitive and helped navigate through insurance and rental car concerns. When we came to pick up the car– despite dings and wear that existed even before the accident, it was in as good condition as the day we bought it. These guys are courteous, professional and fair.

I have had 3 repairs done at Juanita Collision over the last 5 years. Each time the quality of the work was excellent and the cars were completed in a timely manner and when promised. The only suggestion I have for potential customers is to deal with anyone except Wayne. He does not understand the concept of customer service.

Juanita Collision Center turned my bad day around. I had scratched my car and was not feeling very great about things. Rod came to my rescue and quickly made the scratch look a million times better. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and easy to work with. He even touched up a few extra bumps without extra charge to me! Would definitely return next time my car needs some body work.

Insurance claim valuing about $ 4,000 on a 2-​year-​old auto. Juanita Collision did the job such that there is no indication of the accident. They did the job on time. And they’re friendly.

I don’t know how this place is when it comes to repairs and efficiency because I didn’t get that far. They are a preferred company with my insurance so I called to make an appointment to bring my car in after I was hit. I talked to Wayne, who is the productions manager and incredibly rude. He was very short with me and ended up yelling at me telling me to lose my attitude. I had him put someone else on the phone named Linda who claims to be a co-​owner and all she did was defend him telling me «that’s his personality». Like I said, I cant say anything about their repairs or shop but their customer service, or lack of will have me telling everyone about my experience.

Juanita Collision Center just completed repairs on my 2013 Chrysler 300 — And I have to say, it looks absolutely pristine. Actually, it looks better than when I bought it… almost.
The repairs were completed beyond expectations in a very timely manner. The staff stayed in great communication with me throughout the process, and was kind and courteous with all interactions.
Did I mention they detailed my car before I picked it up?

My car was broken into and both of the front doors had issues and needed replacements. We took my car in to get an estimate and reserve a few days to get it fixed, we took it in on a tuesday. I was told that they needed to order the parts over the weekend and we scheduled for me to bring my car in on Monday. It was later than I had hoped but I understood. Friday, they called and said monday wouldn’t work and that they didn’t order the parts, my car wouldn’t be fixed for another week or so. I was so angry and annoyed with them at this point, and when I went in they weren’t very nice either, just a get in and get out kind of thing. I’m not happy with their service and will be going elsewhere that can keep their word.

I wish I could rate 4.9. The repair was perfect, I couldn’t tell I’d been hit and it was ready when promised. My only quibble is I was told my car would be detailed and while it was washed decently it was not really detailed in a way that I’d be happy with if I’d paid for it specifically. Some smudge left on the windshield, the inside was only vacuumed in the easy to reach places. Given that there was a lot of small debris inside when I took it in I’d only take off ¹⁄₁₀^th of a point for that, if I could.

Great service. Excellent workmanship. Very happy with the repairs made to my vehicle.

After a friend was in an accident recently, I remembered this place. The staff was so friendly and quick to answers all her questions and any alternative options that may be available.
Her quote was detailed and informative, the car was done on time and looked like new.
Through other volunteer positions I hold in the area, I also became aware of how much they give back right here in Juanita through cash donations, volunteer hours and supporting efforts of organizations in the area.
Whether you just want a deal, or an honest shop. or whether you want to go a bit farther and spend money supporting locally, Juanita Collision is definitely the way to go.

I went here after some girl drove into my parked car. They deserve these great reviews! Well, the front desk lady wasn’t very friendly, but the man who looked over my truck was east to work with and friendly. They got everything done on time and did great work!

After getting hit, I took my car here and they were fast, repairs done correctly the 1^st time. (I’ve used another body shop in the area, and I had to take my car back 3 times.) The staff was friendly and kept me informed on the process. And everything went so smooth. I got an estimate and schedule it in and Enterprise met me there when I dropped it off. They handled everything with the insurance company. I hope I don’t get in any more wrecks, but if I do, I will be taking my car back here.
