Rainier Inspections and it’s founder Brad Albin specialize in Pre-​Purchase inspections and Pre-​Offer consultations for buyers of houses, condominiums and townhouses. Inspections can be booked quickly and on weekends. Brad is easy to talk with during the inspection, is very thorough and writes a comprehensive report. A thorough home inspection helps to take some of the stress out of buying a property. Other inspection services include: Pre-​Listing inspections for sellers preparing their house for sale, Maintenance inspections to establish repair schedules for current home owners and new construction warranty inspections to find conditions or defects before the one year warranty period expires.

History

Established in 1988.

Brad Albin, ACI, has been performing comprehensive home and building inspections since 1988, in King, Snohomish, and Pierce counties. Brad’s has been in the construction field his entire life and is familiar with construction techniques and procedures. Brad is the primary inspector for Rainier Inspections, Inc.

As an inspector, Brad Albin is knowledgeable with how homes age and the problems which occur in an aging home. Brad regularly attends education seminars to keep up to date with ever changing construction methods, inspection techniques, and new construction materials.

All inspections have two components finding problems to be addressed at the time of purchase and educating the buyer about the property. Brad enjoys talking with home buyers and teaching them about the various systems of the house, condominium or building.

Brad Albin is also involved in the Northwest Chapter of the American Society of Home Inspectors. Currently holding the position of Education Chairman.
