I came here after a car accident in 2013. They were so great, and I mean all the staff, at helping me through the entire process. I felt horrible when I came in and wow they completely fixed me! I really appreciate this place. My only complaint is I wish they wouldn’t try so hard on the selling. I made it very clear when I came in I worked a volunteer job and couldn’t afford all the «extra» supplements they kept trying to sell me on as well as after when they tried to give me a «discounted» membership once I was done treating my car accident problems. Please keep up the good work and the salesmen act down!

I rarely write reviews for businesses because frankly I don’t have time. Considering how much Dr. Webber, Dr. Schultz, and the rest of the staff at HealthSource have done for my overall quality of life, I felt I should actually complete a review this time. Six months ago I went in with quite a bit of pain in my life. I had been seeing another chiropractor and was able to get some occasional relief but there was no resolution in sight. I had decided that this was pretty much the way it was going to be for me. I could have a chiropractic appointment occasionally to ease the pain but it would not correct my condition. Thankfully, I was wrong. Dr. Webber and Dr. Schultz did a very thorough examination of my range of motion, reflexes, and muscle tension along with xrays of several areas that seemed to be a problem. They discovered a subluxation that was a major source of my pain and problems. Since then I have been getting frequent adjustments and physical therapy in their office to correct the problem. It is a commitment of time and money, but the results and improvement to my long term health and well being are worth more than I can possibly say. The rest of the staff is amazingly professional, caring, and upbeat. I have recommended them to numerous friends and even take my children there now.

They give a good first impression, but very high pressure and not completely honest. Actual services provided were adequate. After improvement, no effort was made to reduce number of visits. Left rude & very unprofessional voicemails. I do not recommend.

I was forced to change my review in light of recent events. While everyone is very nice, and I do think the services provided were outstanding, BEWARE OF THE BAIT AND SWITCH.
I needed help with my back but was unemployed. I first came in for a massage and as part of the groupon deal I met with the chiropractor. I specifically stated money was an issue, I was insured but would only seek services covered by my insurance.
I was later given a quote that seemed very reasonable so I started seeing the Dr and participating in physical therapy.
Within the first few appointments my physical therapy «ran long» and I was charged additional fees not covered by insurance. This happened more than once and was not in anyway my fault these sessions went long, rather their original quote was inaccurate.
After moving away and no longer seeing the Dr. I received a bill for additional services not covered by my insurance. These charges were not in the original quote, and I was later told it had something to do with codes used when billing insurance. This mistake made by the Healthsource office was now my responsibility no attempt was made to correct this billing error, and more importantly the charges totaled considerably more than was originally quoted.
AVOID, unless you are desperate to relieve your pain and money is no object.
