What can I say. Patty rocked. My grandfather passed away and I live in California, he was in Bellevue. We had the ceremony in Kirkland by the water. I quickly Unilocaled to find a florist for the memorial ceremony and thank you Unilocal as always you didn’t let me down!
I called and Patty helped me. She asked me to email her pictures so that she could see what I wanted, priced it and delivered. My family got the address wrong but Patty quickly emailed and asked me to double check, she was right. I flew out and was so happy the day of the memorial to see that they delivered the three arrangements on time and the flowers were even better than I expected. Reasonable prices too! Stayed in my budget, my family was thankful, I was thankful and most of all my grandfather would have loved the arrangements. Thank you SO much Patty and Brittany’s flowers! You’re life savers! I highly recommend them.

Yesterday I ordered flowers for my grandmother’s 98^th birthday. Patty was a delight to work with over the phone. Very friendly and very professional. Although I did not see the flowers grandmother said they were absolutely beautiful. Thanks Patty for making grandma’s 98^th birthday special.

I have to say I was so pleased with this flower company. She went out of her way to help get exactly what my boyfriend wanted and wrote great cards with his requests and special messages, which wasn’t easy while he’s deployed. Pristine quality! I have never had such perfection and quality in a floral delivery. I highly recommend this company! Thank you I love my flowers! Having seen her beautiful work before, Patty was our first choice for all of our wedding flowers. She listened to our ideas and helped us create a vision, even suggesting the perfect alternative to a blue iris when those weren’t available. She mocked up a beautiful sample arrangement months before the wedding so we could see the entire tablescape, worked with our coordinator to problem-​solve an issue around leaking containers the week of the wedding– and made sure we never had any idea– and delivered and set up the arrangements the day of. Ultimately the flowers were stunning, particularly the bride’s bouquet, and perfectly reflected the vision for the day. Not only is Patty incredibly talented, but she’s truly a pleasure to work with. We can’t recommend her highly enough and will always trust her for flowers!

I was referred to Patty of Brittany Flowers by my wedding coordinator. I had already met with a few florists at this point and had a clear vision in place. Sitting down with Patty was amazing. She took the time to grab some flowers to show me what I was looking at, how it could be executed and worked with me to come up with some ideas to better what I thought was already pretty great. She understood the theme and the feeling that I was trying to convey and took it to the next level.
After our initial consultation, she got back to me (in a very timely manner!) with a quote. I had further questions and she took the time to meet with me again to go over more details, and search with me to find the «perfect shade» of pink roses. She made the time to reassure me, and make sure that I was happy with how my vision was to be executed. At no point did I feel like I was bothering her with questions, or just a number to her. She made me feel important, and that she was personally vested in the outcome.
I was amazed that her pricing, while competitive, was considerably less than other florists in the area. This is not to say that quality was sacrificed. Patty has a true passion for what she does and it shows in every arrangement that she creates. She is an artist, and has an eye for what she does. I felt completely at ease to say «do what you feel is best.» When I said I wanted minimal greenery, she knew exactly what I meant, pulled some greenery from the back and showed me exactly how she would do this, and explained to me reasoning as well.
On the day of my wedding, the flowers were absolutely perfect. The shades were what we had talked about, the arrangements were prettier than I could have imagined. Everything was executed as we had talked about. Patty is a master of her craft and I would recommend her to anyone for any occasion.

I love everything about Brittany Flowers! Patty is an amazing florist and goes out of her way to make her clients happy. She’s great about working within budgets and is extremely flexible and knowledgeable. She is definitely my go-​to florist on the Eastside!

I contacted her about flowers two weeks before my wedding (short notice — my fault), but only asked her to do two bouquets and some boutonnieres, so it was a relatively small order.
I did my wedding flowers here and I had to give Patty my order with details at least 3 times, every time I contacted her, and I also had to give her my email each time I called. Is it really that hard to write it down and not lose it the first time???
I ordered a pretty expensive bouquet of specific flowers, but the whole batch arrived ruined, so she replaced them with much cheaper flowers but did not return my money; she just added some more flowers to my head table bouquet.
When I came to pick my bouquet up on my wedding day, I saw a bouquet from the flowers I’d originally ordered for my bridal bouquet, but they were fresh and perfect and in the perfect color (which she told me was unavailable when I ordered them)…so I’m not sure why the batch I order arrived ruined though…
Plus, the head table bouquet was much smaller and different from what she described it would be.
Not really professional service either, totally not worth the price.
I came during business hours and had to wait over 20 minutes outside because she and Dan had left to go to the store, even though it was supposed to be open and I’d told her earlier that I would be dropping by that morning.

Major props to Brittany flowers. They were super friendly, listened to what I wanted and delivered it exactly. My wife is thrilled and I can see why, amazing arrangement. And they got it to her at work in 3 hours from my call to them (which is what they said they would do).

Boy… if you ever wonder, ‘Should I go to the added expense of «flower shop» flowers”…I would have you check out Brittany Flowers. I first learned of Brittany, when I received the most extraordinary, vibrant long-​stemmed roses, with blossoms almost the size of a kid’s fist for my birthday. They outlasted all my other birthday arrangements… and then, they lasted another week! The arrangement was artistic, in a square crystal vase with a large leaf wrapped around all the stems. The extra expense was not lost on me. I could not have been more pleased! Patty keeps the bar extraordinarily high on her standard on flower quality.

Absolutely beautiful flowers! I received an arrangement from them today, and it’s stunnning! Now I know where to go when I need a non-​chain florist.

I live in CA and wanted to send flowers to a friend in Kirkland. I often get tired of the «me too» type of arrangement by the florist chain store, and sometimes with flowers that are not so fresh. With some effort searching on the Internet, I found Brittany.
Dan picked up the phone. I explained to him what I waslooking for and my budget. He was so patient and explained the kind of flowers he could do for me. He gave me all the details and I felt 100% comfortable that this is THE SHOP I want to patronize.
Patty even called me to double check the recipient’s name because when she left a voice mail at the recipient’s home, the answering machine gave a different name. This is a good customer service.
I will not think twice to order from them again. I will not hesitate to recommend Brittany to anyone.

Great customer service; I ordered a large white arrangement for a memorial service one day in advance and Patty was tremendously accommodating.
I’ve also received flowers from them, and it was the most unique arrangement — a column of purple orchids floating underwater in a clear cylindrical glass vase. Everyone who came by had to have a look. Very impressive!

Patty is so kind and helpful. She arranged my sister’s graduation flowers and they were perfection. I liked that she was very prompt in replying to my questions (via e-​mail). If you let her know your budget, she will work her magic within the range. Brittany Flowers has a wonderful selection of the freshest flowers. I also forgot to mention– I love the mesh netting they use to wrap the bouquets. They have many colors and it has a gold sheen. Very pretty and elegant.
I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a florist in the area. Patty and her husband are the best!

Brittany Flowers of Kirkland is fantastic! Over the past six years, I have sent and received flowers from this local florist, and I ALWAYS receive compliments on the arrangements. Patty takes the time to find out my preferences on the design, color, and or types of flowers used, however, she makes excellent recommendations and I always trust her judgment. If you are looking for a florist for your wedding, go with Brittany Flowers and you will not be disappointed!

Patty did the flowers for my wedding/​reception. She was amazing. I know nothing about flowers, but when we met, we just talked about my colors and she took it from there. She asked GREAT questions to get a feel for what I wanted and didn’t want. She was very responsive to calls and emails prior to the day. She is super bubbly and obviously loves what she does. She did an incredible job and I stayed within my budget. You can’t ask for more than that!
