History

Established in 2008.

In 2005 I spent the month of October in South Africa learning about their post-​Apartheid struggles. I was confused by the contradicting media surrounding South Africa. I would see a segment on the Travel Channel listing Cape Town as one of the «world’s hottest beach attractions» and then read articles written by Nelson Mandela documenting the civil rights issues being faced by South African people. I had a hard time wrapping my mind around all of this, so decided to quit my job at the time, and go see it for myself. While in SA, I was amazed by how little money (US dollars) was needed to build an entire home. People were living in little shacks made of scrap metal and wood, with dirt floors and poorly constructed roofing. I decided that I would return to the US, and use my work in our housing market, to help create housing for the people I met in Africa. I first worked for a Real Estate marketing company and then became fully licensed in 2008. 10% of my income returns to Africa

Aubree grew up in Boise, Idaho and attended Whitman College in Walla Walla, WA for her Bachelors. Her senior year she decided to take a little road trip to Seattle and ended up landing a job at an Internet Marketing Company in Bellevue. She left that job to spend some time in South Africa. Upon returning she spent two years working at a Real Estate Marketing firm, where she helped hundreds of agents across the US and Canada improve their business practices and sharpen their marketing skills. In 2008 she became a fully licensed Agent and has been helping her clients traverse our challenging market ever since. With specialties in Out of State clients and Lease/​Purchase transactions, Aubree has a vast amount of knowledge and the skills to convey information clearly and concisely. Her father frequently asks her if she’s using that English degree from Whitman College and her response is always the same; «Dad, I am using it every time I write an email» :)
