After having issues finding a lender for my first home purchase, I was referenced to Eugene. Feeling like I was possibly going to lose out on financing, per my unique situation with my business, Eugene and I worked diligently for two months to finally close the deal. I recently utilized Eugene’s expertise once again for a refinance of the home I had purchased a year ago. When I initially bought it, I could only put down 5% and gotten a really good rate, but that pesky mortgage insurance has always been on my mind. A year later, with Eugene’s help, I was able to refinance to get more equity in the house, AND a lower interest rate, AND barely any closing costs! Can you believe I went from 95% LTV down to 80% LTV in one year just from refinancing? With the MIP gone and the lower interest rate, I’m saving almost $ 500/​month on my mortgage. He really works wonders.
In addition, I’ve recently started doing some investing in real estate. I reached out to Eugene for advice. Through his knowledge and connections, he was able to refer me to non-​conventional lenders (i.e. portfolio lenders), banks that do HELOCs up to 100% LTV (ever heard of that?!), hard money lenders, and such creative ways to finance deals that I had never even thought of. Eugene is a finance and lending whiz. Don’t be afraid to ask him any sort of questions; if he can’t answer it, he’ll definitely be able to point you to the right person who can.

I just got a nice home through Assured Mortgage and Eugene was awesome, he helped me with great advice on how to get my credit score better, so that I could not only have a great credit score, but also have a decent mortgage payment. He monitored the rates for me and once he saw it was good, he jumped on it and locked it in. He always kept good communication with me and always answered my calls, or called back. I would definately use him again in the near future, if need be and refer him to friends!
