I am Board Certified in Criminal Defense Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Less than 10% of lawyers in Texas have the unique qualifications to be Board Certified in a particular field of Law. I practice exclusively criminal defense in Harris and surrounding counties including: Miontgomery, Liberty, Ft. Bend, Brazoria and San Jacinto counties. I specialize in state and federal criminal defense including Driving While Intoxicated offenses, theft, shoptlifting, robbery, murder, assault, family assault, sex offenses against children, white collar crime including bank fraud, medicare fraud, and mail fraud. I represent people accused of crimes for all misdemeanors and felonies. I am the only Board Certified Criminal Defense Attorney in Kingwood, TX.

History

Established in 1995.

In 1995 I opened my office directly out of Law School at the South Texas College of Law. I have been successfully practicing criminal defense law since 1995. I practice exclusively criminal defense, I do not dabble in several different areas of law. I am Board Certified in Criminal Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. I believe a person should have the best defense possible from the most experienced attorney possible when facing a prison sentence and loss of Liberty. A person should not take any chances when his liberty and freedom are at stake.

Andrew Williams is Board Certified in Criminal Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He practices exclusively criminal defense law.
