Charles is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in Texas and Arkansas, the United States Claims Court, United States Tax Court, United States Courts of Appeals for the Fifth and Eighth Circuits and the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces. His practice focuses on commercial litigation including injunctions, deceptive trade practices, fraud, unfair competition, tortious interference, contract disputes, real estate disputes, commercial collections, maritime liens, probate disputes and employment disputes. Charles is also experienced in corporate transactions and asset protection planning. His practice has included experience in private practice, large firm practice and practice with an international Fortune 100 company.



Charles served twelve years on active duty in the United State Marine Corps as both an artillery officer and as a lawyer, finishing his service as a major.
