Hampton Inn and Suites Kingman

Rude! Front Desk. I’m an employee at KRMC. I went to front desk to ask about a corporate rate as I travel to Kingman from far away to work. I was quoted a very high rate and told it was the lowest they went. The lady’s attitude was rude, condescending and snide. Furthermore, as I’m standing there in my scrubs and hospital ID showing she demands proof that I’m actually a hospital employee as if she didn’t believe me. Really? You can’t make this stuff up. As I told her I had hoped they could do better on the rate and I couldn’t afford that rate and was leaving she looked at me and smirked. Hampton Inn will not get this travelers business. News Flash. You’re not a five star Ritz Carlton Hotel. You need more hospitable front desk personnel who care about the impression they make on your behalf in taking care of the customer.

A perfect stay for one night. Two kids between 6 – 10. We wanted an indoor pool. Good size pool, fresh cookies, coffee etc. a nice respite on the road. Staff helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was good. I can’t imagine a better stay in this town. Glad we chose it. It was clean and comfortable.

This is the best place in town for the accommodations for my family’s needs. They have a heated indoor pool & hot tub, serve breakfast each morning, have spacious rooms, bathtubs, wifi, are super close to the interstate, and have friendly staff. They have never failed to provide my family with courtesy while cheerily accommodating our needs. Every time we come to visit, this is the place we stay at, no need to look elsewhere.

Comfortable & convenient. A much better location than the Andy Devine strip. Hotel next to KRMC, and plenty of food locations. My party of 4 adults felt comfortable after a Phx road trip and hospital visits. Only downfall was no non-​smoking room available for larger parties. HHonors worked great, in & out, minimal interaction with desk. Nice breakfast buffet. Would stay again.

Rooms clean, staff nice, breakfast just so so… jacuzzi broken during our stay, do that was disappointing… but over all good stay

Stayed here for a ‘staycation’ and Reece was so helpful when I checked in. She was very friendly and made me feel very welcome during my stay here. Very nice hotel. Great to have a great hotel to come to.

Happened to stay here in the midst of severe winter weather. Despite being inundated with calls, staff were very hospitable and caring going above and beyond providing towels and toiletries upon request. Room was spacious and well appointed. Wi-​fi signal was intermittent in room but business center connectivity was a sufficient compromise. HHonors points too? Nice.

We stayed one night during our trip to Phoenix.
The room was nice but the they must be expecting the Suns players to come though because the shower head is like 2-​feet above the average persons head.
The included breakfast was decent. The bacon was great but I wish they had more low carb options or I’d have to eat a whole plate of bacon to make my meal.

I am currently at the Hampton Inn in Kingman. While the staff has been very nice and helpful, this is what I found when I pulled down the bedding, to climb in bed.
Not a very warm and fuzzy feeling as I see all these things on the sheets. Maybe lax housekeeping? Hairs on top of the top sheet. Not ok when I pay $ 130 for one night. I always check the bedding, before I climb in bed. Thankfully I had 2 queen beds to choose from. The other bed (where I am in now) passed my inspection! Thank God! Too Tired to ask to be moved to another room. STILL SOMEWHAT DISTURBING!
The rest of the room passed my inspection, including the bathroom. Diligence is key here. These sheets should have never made it to the bed! The rest of my review will depend on the breakfast in the morning. Will update once I have had that! Very hard to find foods that are gluten free for breakfast, but will let you know if they at least have hard boiled eggs…

This was a really Nice place! I was surprised given the generally ghettoness of kingman. It’s very clean, the beds are comfortable and the furnishings are nice. We loved the size of the bathroom! It was absolutely beautiful!!!
The pool was nice and the hot tub was very relaxing.

Phenominal. Clean. Welcoming. Easy. An absolutely wonderful breakfast free to guests. Zero complaints. It was no trouble getting a room despite not having a reservation. There is an indoor pool and possibly hot tub that looked clean and friendly although we didn’t use them. Overall, a perfect hotel experience.

I recommend this hotel if you’re staying overnight in the Kingman, Arizona area.
I booked here because;
–Hilton Honors points with stays at the Hampton Inn,
–their rooms are clean, spacious, and quiet,
–they have comfortable beds,
–all rooms have a refrigerator,
–they have a nice fitness room,
–there’s enough restaurants within a mile from here, including a Cracker Barrel,
–they have a small, but nice breakfast bar, and
–it’s the only place in Kingman where I feel comfortable enough to get night’s rest.
I’ve stayed at other hotels out here and none even come close to this Hampton Inn. Price wise, you’re looking at a little over $ 100. Trust me, book at the Hampton Inn if you are ever in lovely Kingman AZ.
