I’ve been using Proactiv for over 10 years and I love the product but the service here is awful! The lady who is African American is rude and unhelpful. I wanted to purchase the green tea moisturizer and she asked if I want to leave my email address and I said no thanks. She then gave me a dirty look and rudely mumbled to herself about not giving my email. I later left but forgot that I left my wallet there so I quickly ran back to go get it and I ask the lady there if she had seen it. Then she said yes and pulled it out a drawer and rudely told me that if I had left my email address then she could have contacted me. I bet that even if I did left my email address she still wouldn’t have contacted me and stole my wallet along with her. I have never been so angry with this type of service in my life. STAYAWAY!!!

Message to the Owner — I visited your cart and stood there for 30 minutes while no one was watching it! What a joke. Might as well open one of those Proactive vending machines so customers can actually make a purchase.
