Annoyed to say the least. Several months back this organization (I’m assuming) won the contract in KOP (King of Prussia) mall to take over all the eye brow threading locations. I am referring to the location near the H&M on the ground floor. I was disappointed because I was not sure of the quality of their work but I gave them a shot.
My first time was so so but the 2 attempts after that I made to get my eyebrows threaded were terrible. The service I received on the second visit was unacceptable. The threader stayed on her cell phone the entire time ! seriously you can’t put your phone down for 5 minutes? I simply wanted my eyebrows to be shaped and she couldn’t even manage that without being rude.
On my third visit no one was at the location and there was a sign stating that they would be right back in 5 minutes. Needless to say 20 minutes later I left and am now on the hunt for a new eyebrow location.
