Awesome service, everything from the sale to delivery was handled professionally and on time. One small problem with one piece that was delivered but that was fixed immediately. Thanks to all the folks at Ashley for the great service.

We bought furniture from this store. The furniture did not wear well. It cracked in areas that were not backing or seating. We paid for the extended warranty and they would not cover it. I spent alot of time taking the pictures, measuring the areas of concern. Emailing it to the warranty rep. Filled out all the paperwork. They came out stayed less than 10 minutes. The service tech said they would let us know. Got an email that said they could not repair it. Just wanted to inform customers that the furniture looks nice but does not last. We purchased a couch, love seat, oversized chair and ottoman. I do not recommend buying from Ashley Furniture.

Contrary to the lower rated reviews, I decided to go see this place for myself & yes I do realize it’s smaller than the other Ashley’s but I like it. It’s a quiet environment & I don’t have to deal with the noise. Kasey was my sales rep & she was nice and extremely informative. Actually, everyone there was helpful. I didn’t think I’d be walking out with anything when I first walked in the door. I have some questionable credit. Meaning I’m rebuilding my credit so I didn’t expect to be approved for their payment options either. Which I did end up getting approved for. So now I’m expecting a living room set, bedroom set & I will most likely be back for more. Now I’m hoping the delivery guys are as good as I am told they are. I would like to keep this a five star rating. Good customer service, I liked what I saw & I love what I got. It doesn’t matter if you mind what I say but I had a pretty decent experience. It was a good day.

If I could give this store a zero, I would. Beware, they will lie to you about what their warranty covers, then they won’t take any responsibility for it, then their manager will HANG UP ON YOU when you try to resolve the situation.
I paid for a 4 year warranty because I told the salesman we were hesitant on buying new couches because we have multiple pets, which is when he told me they have a 4 year warranty that includes pet related damage. This is something that have honored in the past but now apparently have changed their minds and will not honor. So now I am stuck with 2 couches that are literally falling apart at the seams, and smell from a single incident of cat spraying, which, if anyone has cats know that’s an awful smell! And none of this is covered because, oh imagine that… it’s PET RELATED! Funny, that’s why the salesman pushed the warranty on me, but the manager also claims they do not put warranties on their customers (I call BS, when have you ever not had a warranty pushed on you?!).
After all of this I asked for the amount of the warranty to be credited back to my account so I can buy new couches, and this is the point that I was hung up on, really professional. When calling back the manager refused to take my call and instead had a salesman talk to me, where I was told he could take a message for me to give to the same person that just hung up on me, (What is that going to do?!). I asked for a regional manager’s phone number or anyone above that poor excuse for a manager, and apparently that doesn’t exist, (Or they’re just too scared to give it out).
So, to sum up, they will upsell you on a warranty that they claim will help you, then won’t stand by their word or their salesperson’s word. Then will literally blame you for not reading the contract, which to me just means that they know their salesperson’s lie to their customers and they don’t care because hey, you should’ve read the contract! How about hiring honest people who give your customers accurate information! Or at least be able to compensate for wasting people’s time and money.

Stopped by here and not bad. The parking seems a bit small, but I still parked and walked in the store. I had a sales person follow me from a safe stalker distance, so that wasn’t too bad. They were conveniently near by for questions on the plus side.
