I would never bring my vehicle to this place again!!! They put old parts in my car and over charged my wife… I took my BMW to the dealer and they told me that the part that I paid for where not new!!! Stay away!!!

A number of years ago, I would have given Champion 5 stars because of the great work they did on my SAAB; but not today. I believe there has been an owner or manager change. I took my 2011 Mercedes to them for a rattle and an oil change. Diagnostics was $ 85 but they couldn’t figure out what was wrong. He thought it had something to do with the oil pressure …‘but go ahead and keep driving it’… Yes, that was a direct quote. Ended up taking it to the dealership and it was the timing chain (over $ 3k… But warranty covers it). Will not go to Champion again.

I think quite a bit has changed since the last review. I had a grinding noise in my front end, already knew it was likely a wheel bearing. While the diagnostic price of $ 85 was a little steep, they would have applied it toward the price of repair if I had it done same day. The diagnosis was done quickly, and I wasn’t pressured to perform what I had already known would be a pretty expensive repair on an old Saab. At any rate, I did get the repair done, and they were able to get the part and have the vehicle fixed all in one day. 4 stars because the price was a bit high, but overall I had a very good experience and will return.

This place was horrible to my husband who is an active duty US Army soldier who has served a tour in Iraq. Champion Auto lied to us, broke parts on our car & tried to hide it from us, didn’t even put certain parts of our car back in but instead put wrong parts in that didn’t even fit inside & overall would do absolutely nothing for us without us doing 98% of the work for them! They are unqualified dishonest & disrespectful and I personally do honestly believe they discriminate against the uniform so if you are in the military or have a loved one in service please do not give Champion Auto your business. Believe me they will make you regret it & will cause more damage to your vehicle than it started off with!
