I called Ace on a Monday and they scheduled me for the following day, Tuesday. They called to say they were running early and would I be ready if they came two hours early. It was fine with us. The guys were friendly, personable and polite. They did a six room job in 90 minutes. The carpets were in horrible shape and they pretreated stains. Our white carpets look fantastic, the house smells great and they totally cleaned up before leaving. Unfortunately we are moving out of state and won’t be able to use them again but I wholeheartedly recommend them to all.

They were able to get the job done in a timely manner but a couple days later, when the carpets were dry, there were still noticeable blotches all over. They also charged too much for the job.

We had a mishap involving 6 cans of condensed milk + the carpeted floor, thanks to the resident 3 year old. I called Ace and they were able to get me in within 3 days.
The guys, J&J, called to let me know they had an earlier slot & so they came and got the job done sooner than expected. (A+) The cleaning guys were very friendly, they even had the courtesy to shake our hands (A+) The carpet in the rooms they cleaned looks GREAT. (A+)
