The Ahi Lele Fire Show is Hawaii’s only exclusive fire show and Polynesian Culinary Experience. The show is offered by Destination Events Hawaii, an upscale catering and events company who focuses on the freshest local flavor from farmers and fisherman. Destination Events Hawaii boasts its specialty restaurant, Kitchen Table, located on Kauai’s majestic north shore and near our gardens where Ahi Lele is held.

History

Established in 2015.

Ahi Lele was developed in 2015 and is a successful partnership between Destination Events Hawaii and local, highly experienced and talented Tahitian, Samoan and Fire Knife dancers. The show combines an incredible culinary experience including specialty craft cocktails, with the authentic and fun hour long Ahi Lele fire show, which means, «dancing fire».
