After having a bad experience at the Kahului Good year we headed to Kihei to see if they could mount and balance our tires. Cheryl Rames was our customer service representative at the counter and was helpful and professional. Our quote was clearly explained to us and we happy to discover that we were not charged the additional $ 260.36 that were tacked onto the original quote! Big thanks goes to Danlee as well as he maden sure that he could perform the job and he was engaged in our concerns and situation. Even though they had to get our tires from the Kahului location which resulted in a trip back the next to pick them up it was definitely worth the wait. They were ready at the time they were promised as well. THANK YOU!!!

Called to see if they could take me and they said I would just have to come down. I was one minute away so went immediately. When I got there they said they had no appointments available. Really? You couldn’t tell me that on the phone?

Liked them at one time, but no more, cannot be trusted, they will find a way to squeeze you for more even for something you don’t need. Had screw in tire, took to get patched, they called to tell me I need to replace the tire because of cracking. My Goodyear Wrangler tires have YEARS left on them, rediculous and was patched elsewhere by professionals without question. Also know someone who had similar experience with safety check, they tried to add work that had nothing to do with the check, wouldn’t give safefy without it, unethical and untrustworthy.

love everyone there it’s like family, clean restroom «i always deposite» fresh coffee daily, & there’s always tv and cold water too drink, love it there always friendly faces and if others think differently the hell with them their loosers and too fucken impatient, it’s really all about patients you gotta have and if you don’t you will always be a complainer unhappy something to talk stink about «the should have jesus on there life »

Unprofessional. Doesn’t matter what you bring in your vehicle for or request, they will tell you that you need $ 500 worth of stuff repaced in order to get the service done. They don’t care about the customer, or repeat business. Will never return.

I have been giving this place business for the last two years, but I am done. Horrible customer service in the front office. A huge nod to the guys in the trenches, but the people up front are inept. They will scam you. Beware of this place.

Very nice guys but I would not trust them to tell me what time it is while looking at the watch on my wrist. Went in for a annual safety inspection. Did not pass dues «cracks» in the serpentine drive belt, wanted $ 150 to replace. I have been working on cars over forty years as a hobby and have the appropriate Jeep FACTORY SERVICE MANUAL. I showed them the page in the manual that said such cracking was normal and did not require replacing the belt. There is other types of cracking means the belt does need replacing. There is a difference between «worn» and «worn out» (think about tires). They would not budge. Ok, I bought the belt ($ 30) and replaced it (about 8 minutes). Scheduled the follow up appointment about 3 weeks later. They asked for the registration and insurance card again — even though I had to show it the first time. My insurance card was missing from my glove box. Turned out it had been sitting on their counter for last three weeks and they never called to tell me. May be ok for things that do not require a judgement call like tires but I will not go back.

Made an appointment online in the morning for the afternoon. When I got there I informed them of this. The guy at the counter said that isn’t usually effective and that I should call. If it doesn’t work this way then don’t offer it. I left never to return. Maui problems!

This is a great place to get work done! I went there for a standard tire change. I had other costly problems with my wheels, but Jared and the Goodyear team worked with me and made it affordable. I’d recommend them to anyone!

Great deal for an oil change if you make your appointment online. Super user-​friendly website and the total is only 19.99 for a standard oil change. Nice guys too!

These guys have improved a lot over the years. Their prices seem to have gone down a bit and they are very knowledgeable and friendly.
