Established in 1997.
Michaels will celebrate 15 years in Key West in January 2012. A favorite of visitors and locals alike, the combination of friendly service, delicious food and a lively tropical atmosphere are a hit. Owners Melanie & Michael Wilson have been enjoying serving guests in this tropical island paradise since 1997 and look forward to many more years.

Formerly the Executive Chef of Mortons of Chicago, Michael felt the call of the tropics and decided South Florida would be home. He and Melanie met here and travelled to the Southernmost City. They knew instantly, this would be the last stop. Since then Chef Michael has won several awards for his tasty dishes and the restaurant has become a local hotspot and a visitor’s favorite!
