This company is stellar! We stayed at one of the their managed properties for three months and the service was prompt and professional! Friends of ours have used Key West Hideaways for the last two years with great results. This year, my husband and I accompanied them and another couple for a relaxing mini-​vacation at Royal Escape. Perfect when you need plenty of space — and a bathroom for every bedroom — Royal Escape is located in Old Town, about a 10 – 15 minute walk from Duval Street, or a 5 – 10 minute walk to the ocean.
I loved the heated pool and the jacuzzi, and the large open-​air dining table outside on the large patio. Even though each bedroom has its own bathroom, everyone’s favorite place to get clean was the outdoor shower — just watch out for the iguanas above in the trees.
Kevin — or «Key West Kevin» as my friend Carla N. calls him — was a great host and check-​in and check-​out were a breeze. Especially the check-​out. As our taxi pulled up to take us to the Key West Hideaways office before delivering us to the airport, Kevin appeared and took our keys so we didn’t have to make the extra stop. Saved some cash and time and were able to enjoy a relaxing cocktail pre-​flight.

for many years. Being born and raised in Miami, Fl traveling to the keys is on the weekends is what you do.
I have to say my last stay, I booked through keywesthideaways. Our unit was on Amelia Street off of Duval. The room was more then I expected… however I needed a grill and Kevin the «after hours» call person responded to my request.
Kevin, exceeded my expectations! The customer «service» experience he gave to me and my family is priceless.

Worst experience of my life. Never ever rent mermaid cove on 1219 duval st. The whole place flooded and Kevin the manager/​owner wouldn’t return our calls initially and was really nasty saying ‘its not my fault’. He wouldn’t hire cleaners because ‘it’s 4pm on a saturday I can’t find someone on short noice’. The entire place smells of feces. No one can shower in all 4 bathrooms. Internet doesn’t work and he refused to fix it. We spent $ 2100 on 3 nights and it was the worst vacation rental experience of my life. He refused to give us any money back.

First time to the Keys. I was online for hours searching for a great place to stay at for 4days. After reading several reviews about Key West Hideaways I knew it would be the perfect location for a group of 6 to stay. I decided to rent the Cuban Paradise. It has 2 bedrooms and two restrooms. A spacious living room, dining room, kitchen and best of all a patio over looking Duval St.
Upon arriving we had to check in at the main office. Service was awesome. I forgot the name of the two gentlemen helping me out but it was smooth and quick. They gave me all the information I needed and in less than 5mins I was out of there and on my way to our rental. Entering the town house I noticed the floor wasn’t too clean but that was minor. We were all amazed of how spacious it was and all 6 of us fit comfortable.
It had a fully stocked kitchen. I recommend taking paper plates, cups, utensils and napkins. Oh also garbage bags. Although they have plate, forks, cups etc. You have to wash the dishes and leave everything spotless before departing or they will charge you a house keeper fee of $ 50 or $ 25 per day. We chose to clean up after ourselves and the fee was waived. There is one room located downstairs with a restroom. The room upstairs was a loft open to the living room. My favorite part was the patio. You could sit there for hours watching everyone on Duval st. The breeze from the beach was perfect.
Prices can be a bit expensive but if you have a good group of friends joining you I think it is worth it.
If I return to Key West I will definitely be staying here. No doubt about it!
